Facebook Lead Ads Testing Tool Error 103 (CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager)

I am attempting to connect a Facebook lead form to Gmail so I can get the leads emailed to me when they come in. This is the error message I get from the Facebook form test tool: https://prnt.sc/1004low

    Hi @synconlinemedia 

    If you see the 103 error, "CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager", you can reset the Facebook Leads Access permissions.
