Google Drive - trigger when a folder moves from one parent folder to another?

I am looking for a way to trigger when a folder moves from one parent folder to another, but the only available triggers only seem to work when the file/folder is first created. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Sadly, Zapier’s GDrive integration can only detect file moves, not folder moves.
