Hi thereI’ve just set up a calendar event in Outlook that recurs every three months. I want to set up a zap that sends an email around 4 days before the calendar event, and have set up a zap, but I can’t seem to be able to specify the actual event as a trigger. I’ve connected my account ok, and I must be doing something wrong but I can’t work out what!I use Office 365TIA
Hello,We´ve been running some zaps to import certain data from XING events to Hubspot. In our case the XING events API property “OriginalPrice” is €29,00 (amount our customer paid) but the zap delivers 2900 which is x100. That means that the the wrong amount has been imported to Hubspot. In another case we have an import with 113.050 instead of 1130,50.Do you have a solution how to change or transform the amount in Zapier, e.g. by a formatter?Thx a lot.
Hello, I currently extract invoices from Quickbooks using Zapier and Zap them into a CRM system called Freshworks. Quickbooks products within the invoices are passed in a single line separated by "," (Example: Product A, Product B). The CRM systems needs the products separated by ";"(Example: Product A; Product B). Any idea how I do this?
Hi I have been search for days now trying to figure out how to integrate Zapier width Wordpress to distribute inbound leads. I just came across this article https://zapier.com/blog/distribute-leads-without-a-crm/ I'm talking about automatic lead distribution down to the ZIP code level, with load-balanced allocations for shared zones, weekly distribution limits, and automatic reallocation for manually rejected leads. Needless to say, I couldn't find a CRM that could perform that level of distribution logic so I just made one myself using Zapier. It's probably more than I need, but it works extremely well.What is mentioned here is exactly what I need, Unfortunately he does not elaborate. I am trying to figure out how to distribute leads to agents when there are overlapping territories. I am not going to go down to a zip code level. I will keep it to a county level. I often have more then one agents in a county, so I need a weighted round robin method. I have monthly distribution limits.
@thehousemanager Just came across your post after spending the day trying to pass contact information from a CRM (Real Geeks) to create a user in ManyChat to whom I could send a chat sequence. Zapier as a notation in their create-a-zap process that notes “A Subscriber can’t be created in ManyChat”. Not a good indication of potential success for my efforts!… Have you come up with a work-around? I tried using Google Sheets as an interim stop on the way to ManyChat but no success there. Hi, I have created a Zap that sends an email to a supplier when a new paid order is created in shopify, I have created the email with all details apart from cost from the supplier, the cost is shown in the shopify listing, how do i pull the cost into the email to the supplier please? HiI’m trying to automate renaming the tasks with some standard naming convention as they are created. I’m trying to use the ClickUp automation webhooks with Zapier integration.I tested the ClickUp API with cURL to rename the task with the task_id. How do I automate this POST call with Zapier as I will not know the task_id?.In short, how do I get the ClickUp task_id as they are created and pass the task_id to the POST call for renaming the task with the help of Zaiper? Trigger: Parser - New Email Action: Gmail - Send Email @Troy Tessalone Tr I have a similar issue to @egreene16026 (this post), but probably simpler.I’d like an email received in Gmail be forwarded to several recipients without:showing my email address and recipients can’t see each other’s email addresses.I tried Mail Parser to a test account and It did not have the header info as I removed it in the template. That part worked as intented. But the email was sent in Plain gibberish, even though I chose HTML in the Zap.Perhaps there is an easier way to do this (maybe even without zapier)?
Hi Zapier community! Is anyone else experiencing trouble with the HubSpot integration? My HubSpot 1.2.2 account is suddenly missing/disconnected, and a 1.6.2 account has replaced it. I’m not able to turn on any new zaps featuring HubSpot, and when I search to reconnect the old account, I cannot find it. The old zaps appear to still be running, but I cannot edit them without running into this issue. Help??
Hi, I’m trying to create a zap that send a pdf from Bubble to Onedrive. I have created the workflow in Bubble to trigger a Zapier Zap with the relevant pdf. When setting up the zap I get the error message “A Bubble Zap could not be found.”The trigger name has been added to the plugins page as well. Any suggestions?Thx!

Im working with the software planning center and I would like to update an entire table to drop box every time a new record is added.Any suggestions? Hi I am trying to integrate Dropbox with Github. I would like to send a pull request everytime changes are made to a dropbox file. I looked at the off-the-shelf integration zap "Create GitHub pull requests for new Dropbox files", but I cannot get this working. Anyone tried this integration? I am also open to do this with google sheets if not just dropbox. thank you
How can I add data to some columns in google sheets (not all) without making the other columns blank so that I can run formulas that use the imported data as an input?
I am trying to connect a Hubspot form to Google Sheets. When the information that I want is added to the google sheets (name, email, product), other columns for which I don’t want to add any information from the form but do use the added information as an input (formulas) become blank instead of outputting the intended values. How can I fix this?
Hi @TTLT!Do you mean that you’ve had these options turned off…… and even when your Zap is turned on, it doesn’t trigger properly? @nicksimard Thanks for your reply. Correct. I have those two options turned off. The only time a video has been downloaded to Drive is when I go to a video that has already been recorded and select “Viewers can download” (from the options shown on the screen above). Then I test the zap, and it works. Otherwise, an HTML file is downloaded if I don’t select “Viewers can download” before a test. It’s also an HTML file that’s downloaded if the zap is triggered. This happens with or without file extension added.I asked a Zoom representative if it’s possible to set a default “Viewers can download,” but it isn’t currently a feature. However, if others are able to download to Google Drive already, there must be a way.Do you have any ideas?

Someone else owns this record when it’s created. Requesting a demo AFTER you’ve downloaded a lead magnet - I want to update the record with the new information and change the owner. This is the one that doesn’t work. The problem I can’t seem to solve is updating an existing record with additional information, and changing the owner. Hi There, I am wanting to have a merged document from Formstack Documents (webmerge) to be uploaded to BambooHR as a file under the employee’s profile in documents.The issue is when I go to create the zap and select upload file and pick an employee, I have to select a category and there is no option to pick a category.I select the custom option and choose something from the document but it still fails for me.
I’m planning an integration with Zapier to go from ClickFunnels to trigger an action of creating a new lead in Chime & would like to know what info I’ll want to collect from my client’s Chime account in order to make this happen. I won’t have access to Chime directly, so would like to come up with a specific list. The lead form has… ~ name~ phone~ a couple of text / input fields… that all will need to be added / mapped over to Chime. Do these fields need to be setup in advance? Do I need to select a specific List? Will I need more than just an API code to setup?Thank YOU VERY much in advance for helping. Hey Zapier family, I’ve been digging into using webhooks with a JS application i’ve been developing, to sync the data to our crm and generate some PDFs in real time. The thing I’m struggling with is on the webhook catch quoting side. A client can submit a quote and then I need to pass those line items on to the next step. The line items will vary, and the number of line items will vary. So using mock data, i’ve got something like this: If I wanted to send each person quoted to a google spreadsheet, how would I do that?The zap only allows mapping of the children  of the array, not like “for all first names” do this. Basically how would I use a webhook to accomplish essentially a for loop in js? Any help pointing me in the right direction would be great! ThanksBen
I am attempting to set up a Zap that will fire off my new order email flow in Klaviyo whenever a new order is added to Shipstation. Which I thought would be pretty straight forward. I got the integrations all set up in Zapier but now I am lost, as the actions possible in the Klaviyo menu were not what I was expecting to see. The first red arrow is where I am getting thrown off - I expected an action value in the drop down of activate a flow or send an email. However, this is all that is available to me in the drop down. Neither of which make sense in this case for what I want to do. So maybe custom? If so, what goes in there? The second question is Event ID: I created a uniqueID that would not already be used on Klaviyo and would make sense if I saw it - do I need to do something in Klaviyo with that now to tie it to something? [Sorry, title should read “two roles” not “to roles”!]Hello. I’m trying to use the Wordpress Create User zap. I use a membership plugin called s2Member. S2Member adds new additional custom role options (s2Member Level 1, s2Member Level 2, etc.).In the zap setup, for the “Role” field, I entered a custom value of “s2member_level1”. This successfully attributes the “S2Member Level 1” role to the new user account created by the zap. However, the zap is also attributing a 2nd role to the user: “Subscriber”. This is not something that I want. I only want the custom role to be attributed in the zap. Can anyone help with this? See images below. Thanks!
