I have sent the same support request half-a-dozen times over a week or so and still haven’t received a response. Nothing in my spam folder 🤷‍♂️

It’s a lot of money per month to receive no support!

The Zapier Support team does our best to reply quickly to all of our customers, but please note that it can take up to a day (24 hours) to receive a response depending on our queue volume! 

I took a peek at your Support requests and one of our awesome teammate replies to your requests last week on Wednesday and then another one on Friday. Could you please check if you have received email responses from one of our Support people?

Thanks EJR. I can’t find any response. I have checked my spam folder as well. 

Is there a special support email address that they use? 

Zapier sends so many emails, it is really hard to identify a support one.

Our replies will be coming from help@zapier.zendesk.com

Could you run a search in your emails to see if you can track those down?

If you can't find them let me know and we will investigate!


Looks like Hubspot was filtering these messages. I have responded directly from the email provider. Thanks.
