How can I clear a date field in ActiveCampaign after canceling an appointment in Calendly?

I have the same question for an Excel file.

Do you mind going into a bit more depth around your desired workflow here? I’m not super familiar with ActiveCampaign so I’m curious which date field you’re referring to. In the interest of transparency though there aren’t a ton of apps, Excel included, that offer a delete action as that oftentimes can get out of sorts quickly.

For excel there are a few ways but you would need to set the cell to =””

For active campaign it looks like clearing some fields is in a dropdown menu in AC so you would have to see if you could make that similar selection from inside the zap. I don’t know if that is possible I have not used it before.
