One question has 5 possible fixed answers which I’d like to be set as a TRUE in the Google Sheet.So Typeform: “What are you most interested in:Female Male Kids Animals Electronics”Should fall into GSheet if chosen, as:Interest_female: TRUEInterest_male: TRUEInterest_kids: TRUEInterest_animals: TRUEInterest_electronics: TRUE How do I change the answer to TRUE?
Hi,I managed to get the new PDF attachments received on my email address to go into a specific drive file.I would now like all new attachments that arrive in the drive folder to be sent by email to another email address (the recipient is always the same).Thank you in advance for your help because for the moment it sends an email but without the attachment attached.Best regards,
HELP my account is disabled I cant login to Zapier.com what do i do? I have no idea what to do and can’t find any help articles about it. I had to register a new account to even make this post. I am a regular user so I’m blown away and caught off guard. This is for one of my clients that sells metal buildings online and I am the only one that has access to the account but yet when I try to login at Zapier.com it says my account is disabled. The forgot password never sends me an email to reset password. Does anyone have any idea what to do? Please help.
"A Record was sent to Salesforce" when I did not check "Create Salesforce Record if it doesn't exist"
Hello, I’m working on an integration with Salesforce and I’m seeing a message that says “a record was sent to salesforce”. Does that mean Salesforce was changed in some way? I did not check the “create a salesforce record if it doesn’t exist yet” box.
I am trying to do the following order of operations, is this possible? New Row in Sheet triggers creation of folder and subfolders named after the identified cellNew folder triggers creation of mutliple different templates named after the cell Example: New row added: Week 4008 20220829 20220830 20220831 20220901 20220902 20220905 Creates Week 4008 folder that contains subfolder 20220829; 20220830…5 different templates go into subfolders named 20220829TEMPLATE NAME 1; 20220829 TEMPLATE NAME 2 etc.
I have a csv url from a vendor for their inventory...the name is consistent, but they timestamp the file name like “file_2022-08-30.csv).. it does use an underscore, so perhaps it could use that to look forIt changes every day…Might there be a way to create a zap that could change to download this? or to google sheets and update it daily
When I label an email, how can I make sure to create one Trello card from every reply on the thread?
I’ve created a zap to add a new Trello card to my board when an email in Gmail is labeled. My zap is creating a card for every reply on the email thread (at the moment the email is labeled) and then adds more cards to the board when there is further activity on the email. I just want one card created when I label an email.
Hi everyone,I have a question that’s been previously covered, although not in sufficient detail to address my issue.Goal: I’m trying to update a Hubspot contact based on a trigger elsewhere (Mighty Networks). Since the Update Contact action for Hubspot requires an Object ID identifier not available in my source platform, I understand I can use a Find Contact step between trigger and action to first locate the record.Challenge: When I create the Find Contact in Hubspot step, for First Search Property Name I don’t see Email Address as an option use as the common identifier. What am I missing to do? I sense it’s something simple but not obvious to me.Thanks for any help this community can provide!Stryk
When trying to set up a Zapier shortcut, which would upload my new Soundcloud likes to a Google Drive, Zapier is telling me my Soundcloud account is expired (see attached picture). Not sure what that means, as I can use the SC account just fine. This seems to be the same issue as described in this discussion, just in that case it’s a Youtube account and not Soundcloud.
Hello!I’m using the Zapier Schedule + Send Copy File to Google Drive. When I test it, instead of creating a copy, its creating a shortcut link to the template instead of creating a new document.I also tried a similar zap with Create a Presentation from a Template and it also did the same action of creating a shortcut link instead. The automation I am creating is to copy the file once per week and then email it to a team member to complete the Google Slides for the upcoming week.Any ideas?
Hi Everyone I’m creating a Zap that adds a row to SmartSheet from every new email I receive. Additionally, I want all attachments attached with the email to be added to the same row on SmartSheet. I’ve successfully added the email to the row and connected the email to add attachments, but I’m not able to add all attachments from the email even though the Zap is successfully running. The Zap will add the first attachment and call it a day. If anyone had any suggestions on how to make the Zap add all attachments to the SmartSheet row, I would appreciate it! Thanks!! Example Below:New Email with 5 attachments Row Gets Successfully Copied onto SmartSheet 1 attachment added to same row Zap Finished *The Zap does not automatically loop back to check if all attachments have been added to the SmartSheet row. Additionally, if I run the Zap twice(manually or automatically), the same 1 attachment will be added to the same row.
I have a string of text separated with commas and I’m trying to break it out into three different fields. I always want to use the first result when broken out. When I use the Split feature, it is still showing up as one output in the next step.

I have a ZAP that is suppose to trigger when a campaign in Active Campaign is opened. It was working perfectly before August 1st...but now only about 1/3 of them seem to be coming over. Not sure what changed. Anyone have any ideas? Is this a Zapier issue or an Active Campaigns issue?
So, my idea is to automate a daily task.An Data-Output from a previous Zapier-Step has to be written to a Website. Thought about using a Scraper-Tool… The Tool has to login on the website, click two buttons and then put the Data into a input field and click another button.It´s easy to use browse.ai (4example) to extract Data from a webpage but I didn't find a solution with the tool for the other way around (input data to a page)…Any Ideas?Please excuse my bad english! Hello I am creating a path rule based on an incoming text of 1 or 2. I’ve tried a few options but I need to be able to determine the path based on a 1 or 2 response of an incoming text. However it either doesnt work. Or it will match 255, 525, 552 .. i just need it to match an exact 2 or 1.
TLDR: We have a Zap set up to trigger whenever a Pandadoc template is signed to move deal stages in HS to singed. However it is not working the past couple of days and I cannot figure out why. ATM it should work like this: Trigger = Document completed in Pandadoc Get Doc ID Update deal associated with pandadoc ID
We have Zaps that pulls information from Fountain to Salesforce. Our Zaps are designed in such a way that it pulls the data from Fountain through Webhooks once Applicant is moved to a certain stage(Contracted Stage). Here once the applicant is signing the documents digitally the stage will be automatically moved to Contracted and the data will be pulled into Salesforce. But there is a delay in documents loading in Fountain so whatever data is there our ZAP is pulling into Salesforce and hence we are missing the documents. Please help us how to get the information from Fountain with a delay of 10 mins or is it possible to add any filter in webhooks so that all the documents will be pulled into Salesforce.
Hello! I host a podcast that I use Calendly to schedule and organize. In the Calendly Signup form I ask for people’s instagram accounts so we can tag them when we publish an episode. I’m curious if there is a way I can automatically follow people by linking calendly and instagram. Does any know how to do this? When I try it tells me that the instagram is disabled.
