Dropbox Sign / HelloSign "Signature Request Signed in Dropbox Sign" Trigger Fail

I’m having crazy issues with Dropbox Sign (formally known as HelloSign) regarding the trigger. I’m a paying API customer and can’t get a straight answer from anyone as to why this is happening or how to fix it. App: Dropbox Sign / HellosignTrigger: Signature Request Signed in Dropbox SignSummary: What’s supposed to happen, (as has been performing perfectly for the past two years prior to Dropbox Sign joining the party) is that the document workflow on zapier is triggered every time a signature request on a document is signed.My Zap is specifically configured to filter out documents that haven’t been signed by all parties (i.e. no status code = awaiting_signature), and continue once all signatures have been received.  Error 1: Dropbox Sign / Hellosign is failing to trigger after every signature request is signed, specifically the most important one --- when all parties have signed. Error 2: I am unable to Load “Events” and despite having hundreds of instances, only one example appears a

WordPress authentication failed: 403 Forbidden: Access Denied

I have read several threads on this without a posted solution.I’m trying to connect Zapier to the Zapier for Wordpress plugin.The error I am encountering is “authentication failed: 403 Forbidden: Access Denied.”So far, I have been able to determine:(1) Zapier can see the Zapier for Wordpress plugin, as I get a different error when deactivated(2) Zapier can authenticate the username and password, as I get a different error when wrong credentials are usedI’ve contacted the host and there are no errors in the log files, and nothing evidently blocking the connection. I’ve also deactivated any firewall/security plugins.Are there any known solutions to this that I am missing?

Zapier Filter Test Error when a certain Column in Google sheets is updated to “yes” a message sends in Slack.

Hello all, I am fairly new to Zapier and have encountered a snag whilst try to make a Zap which I feel should be fairly straight forward.  The purpose of this Zap is for when a certain Column in Google sheets is updated to “yes” a message sends in Slack.  The name of this Column is Trigger1.  Zapier seems to have no issues finding the spreadsheet and the correct Column but the Filter function keeps showing the same error message when i am testing it.  I have tried to add a Formatter Line-item to text but this encounters the same issues.  I have included some screenshots below - I would be grateful if a Zapier whizz could take a look and give me a nudge in the ridge direction.  Many thanks, Michael

Issue with the Facebook Leads App not automatically triggering since July 10th

Hi There! Has anyone been experiencing an issue with using the Facebook Leads App since July 10th?Nothing has changed within Zapier or the ads which have been generating leads, but since after July 10th, none of the Zaps which are using the Facebook Lead app are automatically triggering when a new FB lead comes in. I work with numerous different clients who are all generating leads using Facebook Lead ads and then use Zapier to capture the lead and push it into an email system & CRM and also send out some notifications. It’s very strange that it’s happened all at the same time across multiple clients. I have rebuilt the Zaps from scratch but they are still not automatically triggering when new leads come in. I can’t see any app notifications about needing to upgrade the apps within Zapier and when you test the app connection, it all works fine. There is nothing within the Zap history that shows that the zap has errored. In fact there is no history of anything running when the FB le

Instagram for Business doesn't show my Instagram account

Hello,I’m having the same issue a user previously reported here, but I can’t get it fixed.I have tried everything the other users suggested, but without success.I made sure my IG account is set to Business, I linked it to my FB account, I refreshed Zapier, cleared the cache…(I can add images if needed).Has anybody had the same problem? Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Slack Reaction triggering in some private channels, but not all

Found this post, but I’m looking for a bit more information.  As a workaround to the reaction trigger not working when you specify a private channel I have a few zaps where I just leave the channel field blank which allows the reaction to trigger in private channels. I’m seeing some odd behavior If I set the channel for the trigger to a private channel the trigger doesn’t work. I expected this based on the help text for that field Only triggers on reactions added on messages in this public channel. Only channels you are a member of will appear in this list. If you can't find your channel, click the Load More button or switch to the Custom tab and enter the channel's ID. Once live, the trigger will work even if you are not a member of the channel. If I leave the channel field blank the trigger has been working in ANY public channel and SOME private channels I haven’t been able to figure out what has made it function in some of our private channels, but not others. Stan Store to Flodesk Zap: Test leads aren't arriving

Hello! I have been stuck in the same spot for weeks, and its driving me crazy. I have watched you tube videos, and done everything I can think of. I have connected and reconnected stan store and flodesk a ton of times. Stan Store gets my lead, and the flodesk “test” says the lead was sent (and I make sure to use an email already in stan store), but the flodesk test isn’t coming through to my email to show they are connected. I get the green checkmarks and everything, but no emails are distributed. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!

Google Drive to tl;dv workflow fails: Issue with file name and URL during upload

I am trying to create the standard workflow - when a new file (recording) is put into Drive folder, upload to tl;dv- the trigger works but the upload doesn’t work as it asks for ‘test’ file name and then the url/recording link which is where it fails. I’ve tried various ways - have even made the Drive folder accessible for anyone. Send help!

Missing data from Teamtailor Trigger

Hi community, I am trying to create a Zap that automatically posts candidate information in a Notion Dashboard, when a new candidate is added to Teamtailor. I am trying to import a series information from new candidates when they are added into Teamtailor, using the “Create Candidate” event. However, only one record is found and this one looks like a template, which is not one of our candidates. No other candidates can be found, and when the Zap is deployed it doesn’t import any new candidates.See picture for details. Thank you in advance🤞

Formatting data failed: The CSV file couldn't be read due to an encoding issue "utf-8" codec can't decode byte 0xa6

Hi Community, I am trying to extract the data from excels that attached by emails to a new row of google sheet. I uploaded the excel to google drive, and then converted it to CSV format. However, for some reason I am not able to read the CSV, it returned “The CSV file couldn't be read, usually due to an encoding issue. Error message: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xa6 in position 10: invalid start byte". I tried other encoding method, but none of them worked. I wonder how should I solve this problem? Or is there alternative ways (or easier ways) to do so? Thank you

Failed to create an email in Pardot: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '@attributes') ​

I'm attempting to build and send pardot list Emails with HTML content via zapier. if i truncate the HTML content it will schedule at around 2800 characters. I'm assuming this is an api request size limitation?  I get an "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '@attributes')" error. but it will work if i gradually reduce the character count of the html to below 2880. is there any way around this? can i reference a public html document in the request or compress or split the request? this is such a frustrating error, and makes the send list email function worthless.

PDF.co error: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.

Hi there, I have an issue with looping step when converting a scanned pdf to a searchable one using pdf.co. I have a list of different URLs for scanned PDF that are processed with the loop app, as I thought that step 8-11 will be running separately for each URL. However, checking the log in step 10, the URLs seem to be submitted together to pdf.co (the pdf is public, so no problem that the url is visible here): As a result, the step is timing out and the zap does not finish. I think it is because he tries to work on all URL’s at the same time. I do have a problem now finding the solution because I need to understand if the problem is within the loop or not…Hoping for some help here :-) Thanks

WooCommerce to Capsule CRM integration not auto-creating customers despite successful tests

I have been trying for some time now for new orders placed in WOO COMMERCE to auto create customer in CAPSULE CRM.When the test is run the customer is created and falls into capsule with all the correct information as it should.When it is left to auto do it. None of the customers drop in.@zapier said that it was the webhooks, but our webhooks are activated and fine.I literally have no idea why on earth a 2 step command is just such a Palava to fix. Here is what i have set up… Why on earth can it not work? Any insight would be greatly recieved, Thankyou in advance.

Zapier isn't seeing Microsoft Excel "Sheet" names when setting up Zap.

I am trying to set up a Zap that allows a new row to be added to an Excel sheet. In setting it up, I am successfully able to connect to one drive, go to the folder, and even open the Excel file, but then when I am supposed to choose the worksheet, nothing comes up. This means that I cannot even go forward. I have tried it with multiple files, including files I am making just to see what is going on. Zapier is able to see the excel file itself, but not the workbooks within it.  Please help! Thank you.

Unable to filter by product in Stripe for Flodesk integration via Zapier

Hi there, I am trying to create a Zap where when a product is purchased via a Stripe Payment Link the purchaser is then created (or updated) and added to a segment in Flodesk. I have the Zap initial trigger for Stripe as “Checkout Session Completed” as was advised in another community question. But I cannot seem to filter by product in Stripe. I have multiple products and only want ONE specific product purchase to trigger this Zap. Thank you!

Google Form to Sender isn't working: Subscriber not sent

Hi guys,I’ve been trying to get my google form connection to my sender.net automation to work and nothing happens. ...For *Subscriber, I selected an email address from the pulldown....For “Tag ID, I selected the sender.net group from the pulldown....For *Activate automation, I selected ‘True...When I test the setup I see a banner that reads, “A Subscriber was sent to Sender about 0 seconds ago”Can anyone help and let me know what I’m doing wrong?Thank you!🙏🏽

Google Ads to Google Sheets Zap not fetching new leads for specific account

HI,I created a  Google Ads Leads form to Google Sheets zap for two Google Ad accounts.Acciount 1 is running fine.But for Account 2, I do not see the zap running and fetching new leads. When I manually download the leads from Google Ads, I see new lead data. But the zap is not fetching it and adding it to the sheet.I edited the zap, updated the Google ads module (it said some new update) and then recreated the steps. But no luck.Any reason why?

Image links from Dropbox keep breaking

Good morning, I have a Zap that automatically generates links in Google Sheets for images that are uploaded to Dropbox. When the links are first created, they seem to work fine and can be posted to Facebook + Google My Business in a separate Zap.However, the day after the links are generated, we receive errors when attempting to use them. Here’s the Zap that pastes the links in the sheet: Here are the errors that I’m receiving when attempting to open the images (usually a day later).  Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m not really sure where to go from here. Thanks!

Some pages are missing in a Zapier Google Slides certificate

I have been issuing certificates through google slides and zapier for some time with no issues. I created a new certificate template (it has 3 pages - my previous ones did as well) and for some reason, the 3rd page is not visible to some recipients - only the autopopulated name and date are (not the certificate background).It seems this is only an issue on some computers and all devices. I can see everything on my computer so it is difficult to troubleshoot, but it is an issue with many recipients.Any help is appreciated.

Google Drive error: The app returned "Moving folders into shared drives is not supported"

This post was split from topic:  I just tested and I was able to use the GDrive Move File action to also move a folder using Folder ID as the File ID. - This doesn’t work anymore. I tried it and I got this message: Any updates from Zapier on when we can expect this to be available?

Google Drive error: Error while hydrating data from Google Drive: The app returned "File not found"

Hi, Google Drive is returning an error when doing a ‘Find a Folder’ search.  This is on a Zap which has been operating flawlessly for over a year, and is also a function that I use multiple times across different zaps every day.  I’m confident that it’s not a Zap configuration issue - unless something has changed at the Google End.  This is using the new Google Drive Zapier App, not the legacy Google Drive App.My first guess is that there’s been a change at the Google end, as unlikely as that sounds.Troubleshooting so far has been:Checking that the connection is active - it is Rerunning the Zap in edit mode - same error appears Confirming that the folder actually exists on the Drive - it does Specifying the Drive that it looks at - My Drive, which is the default anyway There is no Parent Folder to specifyAny help gratefully received - for now I’ve specified the folder instead of looking for it, but would be good to know what has caused this issue…Thanks. Failed to find a folder in Goog

Asana Custom Fields in "Tag Added to Task" Trigger Coming Through as Line Items

 Hi Zapier Community, I’m encountering an issue with the Asana integration in Zapier. Previously, custom fields in the "Tag added to task" trigger came through as separate items.
