Received this email:

The app Givebutter for version 1.2.1 has been deprecated.
These zaps will need to be migrated over before July 24, 2025, or they will be automatically paused then

When I tried to update Givebutter as the initial step in the zap, I now get this error. Not sure what to do -- help!!

Hi @CLDC

Check your GiveButter Zap app connection here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

@CLDC

In Zap step 1, go to the SETUP tab, and make sure you’ve selected the new GiveButter Zap app version, then reselect the Event, along with selecting the new GiveButter Zap app connection.

Hey @CLDC, just checking in 👋

I saw you since reached out to our Support team, and they spotted that the Givebutter action was still using your old account connection. I couldn’t see any confirmation that it fixed the issue though.

Did switching the Zap over to the new Givebutter connection do the trick? Want to make sure you’re all set! 🙂

Hi Zapier team -- I believe I did update the Zap, Can someone double check my work in case there is something that wasn’t updated correctly?

Thanks so much for responding here, @CLDC! 🤗 Us folks in the community aren’t able to access your Zaps, only our Support team would be able to do that.

You’re welcome to follow up with them over email, or share some screenshots showing your Zap’s setup here, and we’ll be happy to look it over and double-check it’s correct. Just be sure to remove any personal info (names, emails etc.) before sharing, using a tool like Zappy. Thanks!
