We have a slack automation through Zapier that sits on a private channel. Anytime someone posts a phone number in the channel, this automation is supposed to check if its a current customer in our crm, and then notify the rep inside the channel. Some how, when slack was message up or delayed last week, it has now started replaying a message from me from last week. Everyone else in the channel can post a phone number and get a response. But if i post one it continues to replay it and spit out the same response over and over again. I have tried duplicating the zapier automation, creating a new chat, everything and its still doing this over and over again. I have attached screen shots, but cannot figure out why this is happening. I have checked all the settings, making sure it doesnt fire on bot messages, and also checked to make sure its set to private channel, and not any channel. Any help would be very much appreciated.
