Using Formatter to change decimal places on numbers - do I need a separate formatter for each number I'm importing? Also, I'm trying to use Zapier to add a new journal entry in quickbooks which SEEMS straightforward, but my entries have multipe debits and credits and zapier only lets me put one - to try and do multiple in one entry they don't balance and it fails. :(

For the number formatting part, formatter would only work if you are changing from a specific format to another specific format. Not sure what you mean by you need a step for every number?
As for the multiple debts and credits, they each need to be a separate runs, so you can use a Loop step.
