Trying to get the PDF document that Zapier provides after submissions is made to zap into CRM with Zapier to Leadconnector. We have matched all fields but can not find the field for the drafted document PDF

@Ben-GHLPro could you please share some screen shots? Where are the PDFs being originated, and what’s the trigger for your Zap?


@DennisWF The Trigger is Jotform Submissions 

The PDF is from jotform. Once a form is completed it generates a PDF. 

 


@Ben-GHLPro can you provide a screenshot showing what fields are returned by the trigger step? If there’s a file attachment variable, it’ll usually be called something like “File (exists but not shown)”


@DennisWF There is no field for it the Specific document thats generate upon completion.

 

There ARE fields for File, this is because within the form, we have requested for some uploads. Those “File” Fields are for those uploads.

@Ben-GHLPro try this API request in Jotform - I think it may return a temporary URL for the PDF: https://api.jotform.com/docs/#form-id-reports

Make sure to adjust these Jotform > Account > Settings > Privacy

  • Uncheck: Require log-in to view uploaded files

 


@Troy Tessalone We already have this unchecked. 

The uploads we have on the Form work. However the FORM itself i do not see a field for that

Make sure to test the form by upload files for those fields, then select a Zap trigger example record that has files to use.

@Troy Tessalone We have uploaded files for the fields on our forms.. They transfer and work fine. They Zap over…. However the FORM itself thats generate with all the information and a signature is not zapping. The whole PDF itself is generated and usually emailed.. However we want to zap that PDF form as well, there is no field for that.
