Accessing HTML body of Outlook emails: Seeking solutions and workarounds

Hey Guys, 

I am currently trying to access the HTML body of an Outlook Email, I am currently having roadblocks with this step. Would really love your guidance. 

I would love to know if there is a workaround for this using a free plan. 

If I were to use a paid Plan would there be options to solve this as well?
