I’ve set up a Zap to copy events from my Google Calendar to my Outlook calendar. The connection works, but the events appear in Outlook at the current time instead of their scheduled time.
How can I make sure that the events are copied to Outlook with their correct date and time?

Post screenshots for us to have info about how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible in the CONFIGURE tab.
If you need to handle time zones, then use this Zap action: Formatter > Date & Time > Format
