Stripe custom field not appearing in Zap

I have a Stripe checkout page (see screenshot) that has “email”, “name on card”, and two custom fields for “first name” and “last name”. By default Stripe brings through “name on card” as “name” and we were using that with a splitter function in our zap. However, sometimes the name on card is just an initial .e.g “J Adams” so our CRM was bringing through “J” as the first name. We added First Name and Last Name to the Stripe checkout page however these two custom fields are not coming through to Zapier. I have loaded a new customer from stripe and it sees it in the test data in Stripe. Any help appreciated. I’ve tried recreating the zap from scratch and it’s not pulling through.

Hello, I have been trying to access the data from survey monkey, to then have zapier input the data into excel, but I keep getting this error code: Error while retrieving: You have not authorized Zapier to "View answers along with responses". Please reconnect your SurveyMonkey account and authorize access to "View answers along with responses".I have clicked reconnect and then pressed authorize, but I keep getting the same error. Getting an error when adding subscribers query for MailerLite.

I’m synching subscriber status between three platforms. When a person unsubscribes from one platform, I zap that to MailerLite, but receive an error (event unsubscribe) if the subscriber doesn’t exist. I’d prefer to do a query first, but that event doesn’t exist. I realize that would consumer an action, but it’s better than risking the zap stopping.How do I request a query event (does subscriber exist) for the MailerLite?

Unable to add @username to my tweets on my Zap in Twitter.

I've built a zap that when someone follows my twitter account @hiring, it sends a prompt to open ai to write a haiku taking into account their handle and about information. then it will auto tweet the haiku to the person who followed. I have it working but I want the tweet to the person to start with @(username) the issue is when it tweets, it is leaving out the @ symbol. Hi, I want to automatically send a newsletter when someone is added to a Mailchimp tag. Let me add, we are on the free Mailchimp plan. I got it to work, but now it’s no longer working and the error message is:Failed to create a sent campaign in MailchimpMailchimp ran into an error: Bad Request - Cannot send this campaign because it is currently" sent"It seems that once the campaign is sent once, it is no longer available. PCO Zapier integration: Can't export phone number and email to Freshsales

I am trying to automate every time we add someone into PCO, that they also get added into Freshsales, something we are using as a CRM to move people through a preset funnel of tasks.PCO and Zapier work together. The only problem is that I do not seem to have the option to export their phone number and email, two of the most fundamental aspects of the account. I am not sure if this is an error or if there is a work around that someone can recommend.

Email parser is confused by comma in EUR amount (amount is now 100x)

Hi,I use the email parser => YNAB Zap.Problem: the amount in the email is in a German format with a comma instead of a decimal point. So out of 4 euros and 99 cents (4,99 EUR), Zapier makes 499 EUR because it awaits a decimal point but gets a comma. Can anybody help?amount: -499.00amount_formatted: -€499,00 But in a US format, the correct should be EUR4.99. Thanks,Christoph

Unable to convert markdown lists to emphasis HTML tags using Text Formatter.

I am trying to use the Zapier formatter to format Markdown as HTML. It properly makes the first bulleted list an unordered list using <li> tags, but then makes the rest of the lists into <em> which is an emphasis tag. I do not see any spacing issues and I have validated the markdown in multiple tools and it is valid and renders correctly.I can correct the issue by making sure that the first line before each list of bullets is a ###. So for example, if I cut the “This breaks out like this per client:” out of the snip below, they will render as list items. As I understand it, my markdown is valid either way. I has been working fine for a while and suddenly I am getting this error message: Unable to pull recordsPlease reload the page. Unable to detect all events in my Zap from Microsoft Outlook.

Hello!I created what I thought was a fairly straightforward Zap that checks someone’s Outlook calendar, looks for specific words in the subject line of an Event and then if found, sends a Slack message. I guess right now I am not 100% sure what the behavior should be with how it’s currently configured.I am using the Microsoft Exchange trigger with the Calendar Event Start as the Event. This is not my calendar, rather it’s my Manager’s calendar. I have it set to 1 minute before the start of the event. Next, I have a filter step set up where it will only continue if the Subject contains “Onsite Demo.” If found, it sends a Slack message to certain individuals.There was a calendar event in his calendar today that met this criteria with a start time of 4am Pacific. This first attempted worked. It checked at 3:59am, found the key words, and triggered the Slack. It did not, however, detect one later in the day that should have triggered.Looking at the history, this is where I now star

Zoho CRM "Create Lead" isn't an option for me in the type of event I'm trying to create

I’m on a premium trial subscription, and I see on https://zapier.com/apps/oncehub/integrations/zoho-crm under actions - more - there’s a “Create A Lead” category that I would like to use in my event type as I’m creating a Zap. That category is not available in the options for me under Event Type, and I’m trying to figure out how to get it to show up. The trial subscription shouldn’t have anything to do with it? I’m noticing a lot of other Actions that I’m not seeing as options on my setup.

My Zap randomly duplicated data on slave sheets after deleting a row.

I have a Zap that is rather complicated but is working with a random glitch that I cannot track down.Gravity Forms entry to sheet entry. This is the master sheet for the next steps. Never have issues here. When a row of data is approved (via timestamp) in the master sheet it triggers a zap that looks up the row that was approved. This value is then used to update the corresponding rows on two other (slave) sheets. Problem I am randomly having is that it will delete the appropriate row on the slave sheets but then will occasionally duplicate the data immediately below. Thus, the updated data becomes totally missing from the slave sheets as it is never written to them. Sometimes a row will just disappear. Throws the sheet into disarray on succeeding approvals if duplication isn’t immediately caught and rectified. IOW, this problem can become compounding since everything relies on the same number of rows AND sort order.Some more info.All three sheets have the same number of rows and the r

Hi,Does Zapier work with the smartsheet.eu domain?I can get it to work with .com, but with .eu when I go to connect to Smartsheet, it defaults to the .com login window? Am I missing something? Thanks.

Missing variables in a Google Doc created by Zapier

I have given chat gpt instructions to include variables in it’s output instead of the text and it does it just fine… However, in the last step where we create a google doc, those variables get deleted… I am assuming because as soon as they are there it is looking for the variable and cannot find it. Custom Excel Formula - Extract number of 'items' in a cell

In ColE, I want to return a count of the number of items in ColD. This is zapped in from my CRM, and at the moment this is a manual process. I would like to automate the process so that I can send the count (colD) back to my CRM. The correct formula is shown in excel, but I am struggling with the Zapier format options. I have gone through various text formatter options, but keep getting 'syntax error’ with the below: I am wondering how I get Zapier to specifically supply the cell reference (i.e, D2) instead of the cell value (the string value). I may be way off the mark here, but I feel it is close to working! Any help or guidance or discussion is much appreciated. Many thanks!!Sam

Failed to create a person or organization field value in Affinity: Please select a valid list entry

Hi everyone,we are currently trying to connect Gmail with our Affinity. Every time an email with certain criteria is in our inbox, a new opportunity in affinity should be created. This step works fine, but we struggle with updating the opportunity with data in a third step. We would like to add the email adresses in the email to the opportunity. And ideally the link to the companies they belong to. Additionally add the email body as a description to the opportunity. But either get the a 422 error code. Or the opportunity can not be found by Zapier, eventhough it is in the affinity list. Any body has experience with solving this error? Any help is highly appreciated !!1

Zap is not triggering when creating a new contact in HubSpot.

We’re running zap which should be triggered every time a new contact has been created in Hubspot. The issue that we’re facing that a lot of contacts that have been created in Hubspot havent triggered Zap hence we have plenty of contacts in Hubspot that dont go through our workflow on Zapier. It’s not the issue of creating an error on Zapier, but it doesnt trigger Zap at all hence there are no errors or issues that we can see on Zapier. Anyone had similar issues?
