I connect Call Rail with zapier, I filter it by UTM source & Medium - but i cant get the gclid ....Its showing no data..I know by default CallRail Collect gclid but right now, there is no data when real visitor comes from CPC …

I had a look and spotted you also reached out to our Support team about this and they replied with some suggestions. I couldn’t see a response from you so I’m not sure whether you’ve had a chance to give those suggestions a try yet.
I’ll share the main details from Support’s reply here in case it’s helpful to others that might come across this in the future:
Here are a few things to check:
- Ensure that auto-tagging is enabled on your Google Ads, as this appends the GCLID to the URL when someone clicks on your ad.
- Verify that the visitor tracking (JavaScript snippet) is correctly installed and is sending the website pool tracking numbers to their sessions.
- You can export your call data to a CSV file from CallRail for a call that triggered the Zap. This will help us see if the GCLID was recorded. If you can share the call data for one of these calls, we can take a look.
If you give those a try and it’s still not working, I’d recommend following up with the Support team over email to continue investigating this further.
