my newly made zap email attachment notification to whatsapp  is not working , i have received  two mails with attachments  but it did not send me any notification after the test notification

please screenshot the Configure screen of the attachment. Keep in mind that you might have chosen an inbox or a label and the emails you received didnt have that label.
