I have one zap. When my CRM captures a new lead it then sends a message to twilio to send a PDF document link via text. I updated the PDF document link in the twilio step, but now twilio is sending out two separate text messages … the old pdf link and the new pdf link via separate text messages just seconds apart. I can’t see were Zapier is sending the old pdf information and or where this information is located? I have no other active zaps that I can see. Twilio is saying that under that scenario the issue is almost always with the Zap. Please help.

There is an easy way to check this out, if you have the link to the old PDF try searching for it in Zap History, it should show you which zap is sending this sms.
Another alternative is searching for a phone number you know for a fact received 2 sms. The issue might be a setup in your crm that is triggering this zap twice

So I have a two step Zap: Dubado > Twilio. In the twilio step I have updated the message section with the new message and pdf link that I want Twilio to send out. It just sends out the old message. Any ideas why this is happening?

Did you check the History part to see which zap is doing that? Did you publish the zap after the changes?
