This SMS by Zapier step hit an error

SMS being sent to AT&T number not T mobile

I'm reporting what appears to me as a bug since this used to work but doesn't anymore. I'm not sending to a T- mobile number. Referring me to a general guide on how to use SMS is not very helpful.
