Google Sheets error: Error from halted execution, nothing could be found for the search.

I’m getting an error looking up the spreadsheet row. The HoneyBook account is connected and pulling data. The Google Sheet is connected and pulling data (i.e. field names match up). Here’s a screenshot with the error:Here’s a screenshot with that Action Step:Step 3. is getting an error because Step 2. is not sending data.

MailerLite error: The app returned "Sender email must be authenticated before you can send from this address."

I am Triggering the zap when some user makes a comment on my Wordpress post.I do want to execute a action in which that comment will get send to a campaign from mailerlite.I thought the best way will be to draft a campaign first and in next step i will send that campaaign.But while drafting the campaign - I have added a static email in Action ‘Email from address’  and got the following error :-----------------------------------------Failed to create a campaign in MailerLite (1.6.3)The app returned "Sender email must be authenticated before you can send from this address. (and 1 more error)".----------------------------------------

Sharepoint file size to big to export. Is this Zapier or Sharepoint and is there a work around?

Hi all I have a zap that monitors sharepoint for a new file. When a file is added to recording the file is meant to be uploaded to tl;dv for transcription. This all works great until the meeting recording is larger than 150mb. This Notion step hit an errorError message: While requesting "dev_file" from Microsoft SharePoint we ran into an error: 532549836 is too big, 150000000 is the maxIs this a limitation in sharepoint and if so is there a way as a sharepoint admin to fix this? I cant find anything online about this. Would there be another work around to get this to work?

Notion error: “body failed validation. Fix one: body.children.length should be ≤ 100, instead was '110'

Hi there,Does anyone also encounter a similar error with creating a database item in Notion? In my case, the zap was working fine before. However, in the past few days, it failed to create new items, due to this error: “body failed validation. Fix one: body.children.length should be ≤ 100, instead was '110'When I reduce the content in the content field, it seems to work. I don't think there was a limit on the main content field of an item in Notion before, while there was a limit of content length in other fields.  Is it a recent change? Thanks for the help!

Unable to filter by Stripe product in Stripe

I have 2 different products in Stripe.My zap is: Trigger: new payment in Stripe Action: send an email I want to send the email only when the customer buys Product 1, but not when he buys Product 2.  I’m trying to filter by product, but I cant find the way to do it.If the price of each product were different I could filter by amount, but the problem is that the price is the same for both products. There’s a way to filter by product for sure, but I’m missing it.  Can you help me with that? Thank you very much.

Custom Sharepoint Fields not available from trigger?

For the Sharepoint trigger “New or Updated File”, I’m able to isolate a recently updated file in a specific library, but it doesn’t seem to pull all the metdata on that file. I have a couple of custom Sharepoint fields that I’d like to filter the next actions on and they’re nowhere to be found. Help!

Can't access some Firebase collections

I am currently experiencing a problem with my Firebase collections where only a subset of collections are showing, and the "load more" option is grayed out. I am also unable to manually type the name of the collection that I want to access.Has anyone experienced a similar problem before, or do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on this matter. Is this related to firebase rules?  Thank you in advance for your help and support.

trying to send emails to google contacts not getting it

I am new to this and cannot find the information I am looking for and need to get this workingI am trying to send emails to a contact list in Google via a zap for a paraplegic person at a church who manages a list of people requesting prayers. I have 1 email address prayerlist@someplace.org that will forward an emails to another email address zaplist@gmail.com and when zaplist@gmail.com receives the email from prayerlist@someplace.org the Zap should do a conatact list lookup and send the email to all contact in the zaplist@gmail.com email.I was able to get it to work as a test to a single email, but I think that was because in the contact email section I pulled information from a received email and it hard coded my test email address? I just need it to use emails from the contacts and the way it can parse the emails is powerfull but also confusing.I have the prayerlist email setup in zap and the connection to the contact list in zaplist@gmail.com. Error: Intercom connection fails (429 Error)

Hi there, I’m trying to configure a zap that catches hook and searches for user by phone in Intercom. So far so good. The webhook is working but on the action part, when I try to login (connect) to Intercom, it crashes and can’t connect to Intercom account. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 ()Any suggestions?

Skool to Klicktipp Zap: New participants not forwarding automatically

Hello.I would like to transfer the data of a new participant in our Skool Community to Klicktipp.I created a zap for this. This has been tested and the user has logged in correctly.But now I have the problem that a new participant is not automatically forwarded.I have to look manually in Zapier. and then start Zap on RUN ZAP.This normally happens automatically.!? Thanks.

I can't publish my Zap after renaming Google Sheets used in a Zap.

A couple questions…If you use Tables in Zapier, do you have to turn off the zap before making changes like you do with Google Sheets? If we’re using Google sheet in a zap and we change the name of the sheet, but everything else is still the same do you have to make that change in the zap? I have a sheet where we’ve changed the title and I’m trying to change it to the correct titled sheet in the zap, but it won’t publish it. The publish button is grayed out. I’ve tried making changes to a field in the action step and the publish button will light up, but it’s not a change that I want to make. I’m just trying to get the darn publish button to light up.Thanks for the help!

Zapier Resets Excel Column Width When Adding New Row

My Zap adds a new row to an excel spreadsheet in OneDrive each time a submission is received in Gravity Forms.The zap works as expected except that it resets the width of the columns in my spreadsheet every time it adds a row.Viewers of the spreadsheet are unable to see the data because the columns are too narrow. Submissions come in often, so they constantly have to resize the columns while using the spreadsheet.Is there a way to configure the Zap or the Excel spreadsheet to prevent the column width from being reset?Steps to reproduce:Create a Zap that adds a row to an Excel Spreadsheet in OneDrive. Resize the columns of the spreadsheet manually. Run the Zap. The width of the columns will be reset.A similar bug was reported in this thread:

Google Drive 'find folder' ignores the exact match and finds similarly named folders - any solution?

Hi I need my zap to find the project folder in the route of a drive..but even though the project folder is right there in the top level of the drive, the ‘find folder’ zap instead finds an obscure folder buried deep in the project folder with a roughly similar name.Presumably this is a bug. Does anyone have a fix, or failing that, a decent workaround? Thanks

Zapier isn't reading Wix image uploads as files or URLs.

Hi everyone! I wanted to start a discussion on an issue that it seems a few others have also encountered.I have a Zapier zap that runs when a custom Wix form is submitted on our Wix site. The Wix form has first name, last name, 2 image upload fields and an expiration date field.For some reason, the data in (on Zapier’s side) does not read the image files as a .jpg or a URL and instead just lists it as text. Specifically, the image data looks like this:wix:image://v1/bba06e_e85530b80de74602b512e4570a2bdcb2~mv2.png/IMG_1124.png#originWidth=2732&originHeight=2048And to be clear, I understand there can only be one image in the file attachment field for Zapier & it still doesn’t come through as a URL when I do that.In turn, when the next step of the zap runs, which is supposed to move the form data to a 3rd party site (Podio), it creates a TXT file showing the exact text that is listed above, instead of attaching as the image file itself (jpg file.)I’ve tried the zap via both the Wi

ZAP Filter not working with "OR" operator

I'm building a workflow, that is connected to my whatsapp chatbot. So you can imagine that I should add plenty of filters to make sure my chatbot works properly.  The problem is, I was trying to use filters with the "OR" operator. So I could avoid adding several filter steps.  However, even though if I look the history of my zap I see that the filtered message matches the criteria, my zap is still moving on to the next step. Not sure what am I doing wrong, because if I add only one filter to the step it works.  See what I need to do because of this issue. But the problem is that I reached max number of steps and I still have a bunch of filters to add.  See the zap history. I can't figure out why is my zap not stoping even when ZAPIER ITSELV tells me that my zap should be filtered and stoped…   Any clues? This is how I've set up my zap step using the "OR" operator.

Hubspot field not updating when Eventbrite Zap runs twice consecutively

This is the Zap I have currently running:When a person booked a ticket on Eventbrite, my Zap looks for their Contact details in Hubspot and updates an ‘Event Booked’ custom field. In the Event Booked custom field, they may already have data, so the Zap takes the current data and adds in new data e.g.Custom field already says: Booked 15th May New event is booked so Zap will add ‘25th Sept’ and the custom field will then say ‘Booked 15th May, Booked 25th SeptThe problem I have is that sometimes a person will book more than one event in the space of a couple of minutes. In the scenario, for the second booking, Zapier hasn’t yet updated the ‘Event Booked’ custom field to include the data from the 1st booking, so it only ever adds new data for one of the events booked, and not for both. I feel like there is a Delay I should add into the Zap somewhere but I’m not sure at what point to add it in, in order for the two sets of data to be recognised and updated in the custom field. Error message "none"

Your Zap titled "Subscribe new squarespace form respondents to StayFi Email Marketing" has been turned off because it keeps erroring each time it runs.The last error message was:"None" I don’t know how to correct this error.  I turned my zap back on but the next time someone subscribed for our email on our website, it was turned back off.  The email collected on our website was collected on our email marketing tool.  I am not very tech-savvy so I’m not quite sure what to do now

Unable to directly pass existing Meet URL to Google Calendar event.

I’m trying to create a Google Calendar meeting and pass an existing Meet URL/meeting id.  When I select “yes” to Add Conferencing in the “Create Detailed Event in Google Calendar” it creates a new Meet meeting ID/url.  I have the option to add custom, but Google Calendar is not seeing the value I’m passing as a Meet meeting.  Any suggestions?Thanks in advance!
