Issue with Timify to Google Sheets Zap: Phone number not recognized

I am connecting timify with google sheets with zapier.I want to add a new row in google sheets when someone makes a reservation in timify. When configuring zap, it does not recognize the phone number that the user enters in timify, so all the data is added (first name, last name, email) but the phone number is not.

Email drafts populating the wrong recipients.

I’ve created an email flow in which three drafts (spread three weeks apart) are generated to recipients from a google sheet. The drafts are generated fine, with the exception that they are all addressed to the same recipient (from the test while editing) and I cannot figure it out. I’ve turned the Zap of and back on several times and refreshed fields to no avail.  Any suggestions on why this is happening and how to resolve it?I’ve searched this issue and haven’t found an answer.

Respond.io not able to find contact to send message

Hello,I am trying to send a QR invite from Airtable to Respond.ioI was able to create a workflow in Respond.io so that when the whatsapp broadcast invitation is responded to as a quick reply YES, this sends back to airtable and creates a unique QR code invitation for the contact. I now need to send this back to respond.io in a message to the contact.I was able to build the zap, using a checkbox in airtable as a trigger, and respond.io has a send message zap that I can use with a whatsapp broadcast message template that includes an image. Everything seems fine, except respond.io is not able to find the contact whatsoever. I was initially using a lookup field to search the contact number, I tried pasting this as a normal text field, a phone number field, I also tried to search using an e-mail adress. I keep receiving this error: Failed to create a message in respond.ioError from halted execution: {"code":404,"primaryId":165321334} or this one;Failed to create a message in respond.ioError

Google Drive error: The app returned "File not found"

This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personal information. Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.I am trying to upload images to Google Drive when our Project Manager updates daily Logs on JobTread. I have built out the zap to take the file uploaded to JobTread, filter for it being a “daily log” file. I then “Find a Folder” in Google drive, finally “Upload File” My tests are successful up until the last step. I am able to get the file from JobTread, filter, Find a Folder, but I am not able to then upload the file to that folder. I am using the “Title” from the Find a Folder step, but it is returning an error saying “File Not Found” Through these tests I have seen the file uploaded to My Drive, but it is not uploading to the correct Shared Drive Folder.

Troubleshooting Error - Adding Contact to Qualtrics Directory

Hey there -I have a zap that includes adding a contact list to a directory in Qualtrics. I just did a test of it, and it came back with the following error that I’m not quite sure what to make of. X’s represent a long alphanumeric string Error message: httpStatus: 404, Qualtrics responded with an error message: "The request to get the contact(xxxxxxxxxx) from mailing-list(xxxxxxxxxx) in directory(POOL_xxxxxx) was unable to find the mailing list or directory." The mailing list definitely exists as does the directory, so I don’t know what to do...

Email to Motion: Wrong output from Zap

I have a customized zap that creates a task in Motion calendar from an email. One of the possible “variables” in the action tab of the app is to set the Deadline Type which can take one of the following values “HARD”, “SOFT”, “NONE”. The output of the zap for this variable is always “SOFT” no matter if a choose “HARD” or “NONE” from the predetermined items or if I use a custom text from the trigger data.How can this be fixed? Inputs using customized text for variable Deadline Type Output from test, no matter what I choose, it always comes out as SOFT for the variable Deadline Type

Error: Square to Detrack - Missing Fields (FirstName, Fulfillment Date)

I have created a zap that pulls customer orders from my Square ecommerce system and sends them to my fulfilment system Detrack. But Detrack needs a few things that I just cant find in the Zapier dropdown menus when creating the Zap.For example first name and fullfillment date.I thought there might be online indexes for these items for both platforms that I could copy and paste into the Zap but I can’t find them.Can anyone help?

HubSpot Updated Deal Stage sent to Trello Card with Checklist

I am working to create a zap that will send a specific updated deal stage in HubSpot to a new card on my Trello board with a checklist. In Zapier, when I am creating the Zap, I see the dropdowns for Checklist Name and Checklist Items. When I look in those dropdowns, I am seeing HubSpot deal information instead of the Trello information. Anyone have any pointers on how to get these two dropdowns to load my Trello information?

Paypro sales not showing up in Zapier

Right now I am trying to set up a connection between Paypro and Activecampaign. Paypro is a payment provider and it has a trigger for a new sale event. In my paypro account I have multiple sales, but when I test my connection in zapier I get a message that I have to create a new sale. I already tested my zapier connection to my paypro account and I am using the right Autorization token. Still i get the same message. Does anybody know what the problem might be and how to fix this? Would be of great help. Thanks in advance

Forms changed on WordPress, but info not matching in Zaps

We’ve updated our contact forms by deleting several fields and making existing fields required. It shows up on the website as changed, but the form fills coming in is still using the old fields. I’ve ran the tests to grab the newest records so I am not sure how the old fields are even available for them to choose.

Purchased WooCommerce Zapier but account still shows as "free".

Today I bought WooCommerce Zapier × 1 but my zapier account is still considered as “free”. However, it is now connected properly. I tried to find an answer everywhere… I see no place where to change my status, indicating a serial number or other. Do you have an idea ? Thank you !

Cal.com to Notion - Dropdown text number to dollar amount

Hello,I’m trying to create a lead workflow 1. Cal.com meeting set up2. Notion database item added--- Works well until hereI want to have the budget dropdown populate the# Deal Amount as a number so we can filter and do anything we need with it, rather than text be based. Unable to match deal contact in Stripe from HubSpot deals.

Hello, I’ve created a Zap designed to integrate Stripe and HubSpot. Once a payment takes place in Stripe, a new contact and deal are created. However, I cannot automate the association of these two records no matter what I try. It appears I can only automate the same ONE contact email to associate to ALL the deals being created, when in fact a different contact email will be associated to their own deal. For example, X@Google.Com should only be associated to Google Deal, but it’s set up so X@Google.com is the only email that associates to all my new deals.  I need these two objects to automatically associate as a hubspot property is then updated which provides that user with access to our app. Any ideas or help? I’m driving myself crazy.  Thank you,Tom

Sugar CRM to Go Highlevel sync not working

When a contact is updated in Sugar CRM, I am trying to zap the data to Go HighLevel. I have the trigger set up correctly, however, every time a contact is updated, it doesnt find and update the existing record, it creates a whole new one. Does anyone have a workaround to this?

Having gmail send email confirmation for completed form

I am creating a Zap to send an automatic confirmation email once a form is completed to the form submitter.I want the auto-confirmation to go to be sent to the email that was put into the  SquareSpace form field “email” on the contact form.But, SquareSpace only sees “zapier-demo@squarespace.com” during the test runs and attempts to send the confirmation to a wrong address.What step am I missing to have Zapier correctly parse the information in the SquareSpace contact form such that it correctly finds the submitted email and then correctly uses the email from the form.BTW - i used mail by Zapier and got the automatic confirmation email to work correctly.  But, for some reason, i am unable to get this to work when using Gmail.Thanks.

'Output Item' order after [:newline:]

Hey all,This issue has been bugging me for a while now and I just can’t figure it out. I can’t find it anywhere else on this forum, or outside of it. Hope someone can help me:I want to separate the output from my ChatGPT query so that I can do different analyses on each of the Output Items. I use Formatter for this.However, the order in which it provides me the outputs gets messed up. It seems like the output fields (see attached picture) are ordered based on their first number. This is why “1” comes out first correctly, but then 10, 11, 12,13, etc. come before “2”. And so on.What I’m doing:Text in Formatter by Zapier Event: Text Action: [:newline:]  Segment: All (as Separate Fields)Do you have an idea how to fix this? It would be great if I could “pad” the

No columns retrieved when setting up Snowflake trigger in Zapier.

Hi,I’m trying to set up a trigger with Snowflake to detect new or updated rows. The connection works and I can see the tables that are available in my schema, but when I select one, there are no columns retrieved. Doesn’t matter which table I choose, it happens with them all.  The account I’m using has the same role as the user that created both the schema and the table, and that role has ownership of both, so I don’t think it’s an issue with permissions.Any ideas?

Failed to create a subscriber in MailerLite The app returned "The given data was invalid

hi there,  I have tried to create a zap to connect the data collected from my Google Forms (i.e. customer email) to my Mailerlite group,  however when I get to the step ‘Action’, the subscriber group is found in the list ok, but under email I entered my email address, and when I click on Test Step, I get the above-mentioned error message,  so I am not really sure what I am doing wrong? could someone kindly advise? I have tried twice and no luck, tried logging out of Zapier and come back again, still the same, recreated the Zap and same issue  thank you

Unable to find any Slides within the Google Slides app on a shared drive

We need to duplicate a Google Slides template when the automation is triggered. It works perfectly on my personal drive. When (trigger) > “Create Presentation From Template in Google Slides”. It appears that the Google Slides app cannot find any Slides within a shared drive. Using the Google Drive app to find a file, it’s able to successfully find the Google Slides file within the Shared Drive. Then, using the Find value in a Google Drive app step to copy the file, the error thrown says it can’t find the document (ID) despite the previous step, using the same app, successfully finding the document.  Is there a step that I’m missing or is there not a way to duplicate a file within a shared drive?

New attendees in eventbrite no longer triggering?

I have an eventbrite account, and for several years have used zapier for some automations that happen when we get a new attendee. For our most recent event: It seems like the addition of a new attendee no longer results in a trigger. I have no idea what is up.  Has anyone as this problem? Any insights into what might be going on? Has something changed in how eventbrite and zapier communicate?

Notion to Google Sheets import issue: Status property not importing

Hi all! I have setup an integration between a Notion Database and Gsheet (new row addition + updates). All went well, but it seems that only the Status property from Notion does not import to Gsheet (empty cells) -- Does anyone know why this happens, and how it could be addressed? Many thanks!
