Hey @Toby Myles 👋 Welcome to the Community!

To better assist you, could you share a screenshot of how the ConvertKit step is configured? Make sure to blur out any sensitive or personal information before sharing. You can use a tool like Zappy to do so.

Additionally, are any errors coming up when the Zap runs? If so, could you share a screenshot of the error as well?

Let me know more details, so we can get your Zap up and running.

Hey @Toby Myles, thank you for sharing!

I see that you have a step to tag a subscriber, and another one to add a subscriber to a sequence in Kit. Could you review each step and check that you’ve mapped the field values returned by Facebook into both Kit steps? If the action is successful but you see nothing happen, once likely reason is that the input static, meaning values such as the subscriber email were typed in.

What the above means for your Zap is that, whenever it runs, the actions are executed with the same data. Instead, you want to map the fields that Facebook returns, so each time a new lead comes in, they can be added to Kit as well, and the data changes dynamically. This process is called field mapping.

This guide explains how field mapping works: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/31709122224653-Enter-data-in-Zap-fields.

Could you review the above and let me know if you have mapped the fields correctly? Let me know what you find, and we can continue from there!
