Question

My zap is sending with a long delay subscribers from WebinarJam to Mailerlite

I created a zap that connects WebinarJam with Mailerlite.

When people (subscribers) who are registered for a webinar watch it up to a specific time, they are added to a specific group in Mailerlite. Subscribers are added, but with a 2- to 3-hour delay. What can I do to make this time at least up to 30 minutes?

Hi @Karolina P.

The Zap trigger step is instant once WebinarJam/EverWebinar fires the webhook from their side.

Are the subscribers already in MailerLite?

If not, then make sure to use this Zap action: MailerLite - Create or Update Subscriber

Also, info to check about double opt-in settings in MailerLite: https://www.mailerlite.com/help/how-to-use-double-opt-in-when-collecting-subscribers

Hi @Troy Tessalone

Thank you for your answer.
Yes, subscribers are in MailerLite before “Registrant Stays Untile” zap is activated. See below Zap. Does this mean that I should additionally create Zap action: MailerLite - Create or Update Subscriber ?

As about double opt - we use WebinarJam Form to sign up for webinar without Double opt-in.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Karolina

@Karolina P.

Check your Zap Runs history activity to see the timestamp of when the Zap Runs are triggered: https://zapier.com/app/history/

If those are delayed in firing, then that is due to WebinarJam / EverWebinar.
