Zap not triggering correctly

Hey! Sorry I’m new to Zapier, so I hope this is an easy fix.

 

I have a simple 2 step Zap

Trigger - When a contact is create in Active Campaign 

Action - A contact is created in Aloware

 

When I “test” the zap, the contact from AC successfully gets sent to Aloware. I’ve done that twice now.

However, in every other instance, the does not seem to trigger at all, and does not show up on Zap Runs.

 

Any idea how to get this zap to work passively?

Active Campaign Trigger = New Contact 

Aloware Action = Create/Update Contact

 

Testing the record on the Active Campaign Trigger WORKS, I get the contact in Aloware after I test the AC Trigger, but it doesn’t work passively

If your Zap isn't triggering consistently, ensure new contacts are being added correctly in ActiveCampaign. Re-test the trigger in Zapier, confirm the Zap is turned on, and check for potential delays based on your plan. Review your Zap History for errors to diagnose any issues.
