Hi there, I need to regularly manage my inventory levels of over 1400 products in shopify. My supplier sends me daily updates in a spreadsheet/csv format and I am hoping to use the data in this format to update my inventory levels in Shopify. I can see there are functions to support this, but it appears there are a few issues with the way I am currently setting up the zap. I know I can probably use an API call or webhook to accomplish this, but I am not there yet so I was hoping Zapier could help in the meantime. I want Zapier to be able to match the sku with the appropriate item in Shopify and update the inventory to the integer given in the spreadsheet. The zap I am using appears to have an action that can be triggered to update inventory on a single product at a time, but not multiple products. I’ve seen a few other similar posts in the questions forum about this, but was not able to find any good answers so I’m hoping someone will have some good advice for me here. Thanks
Hello, I try to send airtable information with a gmail account. When i created the zap. No issue. when i try to send a test, it works very well In my mail box, the email is OK ! et then i switch “on” the zap and i try to trigger it by adding data to the airtable view, nothing happened. et a few minutes later i got this et the email body become red when i put airtable data inside. I tried to change the gmail account i use to send emails. Same issue. Is it a API issue ? Regards.

I need paid help (hopefully 2-4 hours or less on a workflow shown below.User visits a webform that allows PDF/JPG file uploads (tax docs) along with a checkbox set allowing user to state whether a condition existed in 2020 (bought a home etc). That data is sent to Zapier via a webhook. (Currently, only 20% of possible file upload options are being seen by Zapier during testing). The Zapier Zap needs to:Create a new Google Drive folder to accept the PDF(s) and then send the checkbox info (Checked or empty) to a Google Sheets database, along with basic user name/email data to match up.A link to each uploaded PDF would need to be placed in the appropriate field in the spreadsheet corresponding to the user data entered on that new line of data: A Google Sheets spreadsheet already has approx 30 columns of data that should all contain on one line:Name Email Phone - Bought a Home? I have connected my Zapier with a WordPress front-end form so that when a user submits the form specific fields will be created as a new row on a Google Sheets document.One of my fields are linked to a Taxonomy on WordPress but when the value of the field comes over to Zapier, it is only showing a number, rather than the string value of the Taxonomy?Any ideas how I can change this?Thanks.

Testing that and my Zap appears to be working perfectly, right up to the point where some of the data fields are not being delivered to the server.I am using a webhook as the trigger, and test data is being delivered correctly to the trigger test.My action captures that data, all fields are mapped properly, as you can see in the attached picture. But then when I test the action and look at the data delivered to the server, some of the fields are missing.The missing data comes from dynamic fields, so I assume that's my problem, but the action shows all of the expected key/value fields properly. How can it display all of that properly, but then not deliver the data to the server? I’m not sure where to look for the problem since the tests all show the pro
We just launched with Wealthbox and want to switch to VoIP. Does anyone have experience using Zapier with 8x8 or Ring Central? What can Zapier do for us. Some VoIP provider I never heard of (Intulse) is integrated with WB without Zapier. If we can achieve similar integration through Zapier I would rather have a name VoIP provider?Thanks is advance!

Hello everyone,I am trying to create the following:My workers fill up their timesheet using paperform > a custom PDF file is generated. Using zapier > The custom PDF gets sent to the supervisor of the worker (sent based on location chose by worker) The supervisor will receive an invitation to sign using signnow After the documents are all signed > I want zapier to gather all these PDFs and send them to the accountant in one emailI have managed to build most of it. I am stuck at the 5th step now.Every week its different number amount of workers. So i can’t just tell zapier to gather certain amount of signed documents. That has to be dynamic.So I connected it to google sheets and i filter it using Week ending and date. Now after the supervisor signs the document, zapier is updating the last column and adding Y under the signed.How do I tell zapier now when all week ending 2021.09.26 got Y next to them, you can proceed to next step?I was trying to get this lookupand then use this
I have several deals in Google sheet and same deals (same ID) in Hubspot. Can I update all deals in Hubspot that were updated in Google sheet by using only one Zap? Or I have to create Zap for each Deal (row in the sheet)?
Hi, When sending emails (gmail) with zapier, there appears an extra paragraph in the body of the received email, when it is not supposed to (this has happened to me in another different zap - same issue). Zapier input with no paragraph or extra space between “tua” and “candidatura” (sorry for the portuguese) Marked in red the issue Hope you cand help me.Thanks
Hey. I’m having troubles to make one of my automations work. Gameplan: Zoom recording finished → upload to google drive → upload to YouTube → Send link on slack. Everything works until publishing the video on YouTube - it just don’t upload it. It’s showing me that information: But nothing gets uploaded.

Hello,What seems like a straight forward project is turning into something very complicated. I am sure this will involve webhooks/API and we are a very small company.When a new customer/vender is created in QBO it also creates them in the CRM (Clarity) then returns the CRM account number into a QBO custom field When a quote is converted into a Sale in the CRM, Zapier does a look-up of that customer in QBO based on the CRM account number in a QBO custim field. If that account does not exist then it creates the account When a new product is created the CRM quote is is also added to the Product/Services cataloug in QBO. When an invoice or Paid invoice is emailed from QBO the PDF is attached to the account in the CRM. I am sure I can think of another zap to two we want to do.I know this sounds straight forward but the custom fields in QBO and the lack of email triggers in Zapier for QBO makes this require webhooks or API work.Please contact me for more details and we can work out -Scott
i have managed to create a zap that will sms me when i receive an email. i did this by linking like this: Trigger1. New Email in Gmail Action2. Send SMS in SMS by Zapierhowever the sms i recieve is a set text and i would like it to give me some info about the content of the new email.any offers?

Is there some way to manually trigger a zap from a webpage I don’t control, passing the full URL to the zap? I.e, if I’m on “example.com/view?something” I want to be able to initiate a zap, passing “example.com/view?something” as a parameter.Caverats:I’m using Firefox. I understand the Chrome extension might enable this, but that is not an option. I want to be able to easily trigger more than one zapThe first solution that occurred to me is to set up Email by Zapier and use the “Share” option from the FF tab context menu, which will send an email with the URL in the body, but I think the only way to differentiate zaps would be by manually adding a keyword to the email subject (which requires memorizing a list).It seems the likely most flexible path would be writing a custom Firefox extension, but I’m wondering if there’s an easier way.

Hi team,We’re trying to have Zapier create a new calendar event, but we’re having trouble establishing the event at the right time. At the moment, it’s simply creating the event when the trigger runs. However, we want it to be established ‘tomorrow at 9am’ and an end time of ‘tomorrow at 10am’. How do we get the event created to suit this?
I'm building a website in squarespace and want to both accept donations with stripe and save donor information in salesforce.Will Zapier enable me to do this?
My squarespace site runs payments through Stripe. I'm trying to pass information from Squarespace to my email provider when someone subscribes via Zapier. However, it appears that Stripe, while processing the payment, is not passing along information about the product that was purchased in Squarespace.Any ideas on a fix for this? In zapier I am seeing the customer's id, address, name, email, etc, but not the product they subscribed to, which I need in order to trigger specific emails.
Hello,I am trying to run a zap from jwplayer to google sheet. My aim : anytime I download a video on jwplayer, I want to create a row in a google sheet. I can define very well my zap, can establish connection with jwplayer through the API credentials… Testing in zap definition is running well. But When I want to run my zapp, it looks like it is searching for a while then I get this message Error turning Zap on: Got 400 calling POST https://api.jwplayer.com/v2/webhooks/, expected 2xx. I tried several time… but I get Stucked…Some picture will describe my problem…Testing is working fine in My App menu Media definition is working fine : Testing one record in Zap definition is working fine and I can get one example from my account in test trigger But If I try to turn ON my zap, in different way, i still kept the same message and ZAP doesn’t turn ON : I DO NOT UNDERSTAND… Thanks for your help

Hi there, I want to use Zapier to connect my Notion to Mailchimp We have build an extensive profile client data base in Notion that we want to send to Mailchimp to SEGMENT to send out the right content So we have a lot of fields that are updated on a day to day basis We need our Zapier to: Push the current existing client profiles from Notion into Mailchimp Then any new profiles auto pushes from Notion to Mailchimp But we also need to include the fields and information from Notion to Mailchimp. Example: Position level, country, company, lifecycle stage. There are around 28 fields This needs to be zapped each time an update is done on the Notion profiles Can you please help guide me how this can be achieved?
