I need paid help (hopefully 2-4 hours or less on a workflow shown below.User visits a webform that allows PDF/JPG file uploads (tax docs) along with a checkbox set allowing user to state whether a condition existed in 2020 (bought a home etc). That data is sent to Zapier via a webhook. (Currently, only 20% of possible file upload options are being seen by Zapier during testing). I have connected my Zapier with a WordPress front-end form so that when a user submits the form specific fields will be created as a new row on a Google Sheets document.One of my fields are linked to a Taxonomy on WordPress but when the value of the field comes over to Zapier, it is only showing a number, rather than the string value of the Taxonomy?Any ideas how I can change this?Thanks.

We have an integration to Salesforce using a form. However, we are noticing that the dates are flipping in Salesforce. This only occurs when the day is less then 12. For example 08-31-2023 from zapier to Salesforce will insert correctly in Salesforce. However, 08-06-2023 in zapier will flip in Salesforce to 06-08-2023. I have set up a format converter step but this hasn’t solved the issue. The debug shows the date is correct, but when it lands in Salesforce it flips.Is there something that needs to be done to change this?Thanks,
I thought what I needed to do could be accomplished by Approvals by Zapier, but that was discontinued back in February. I came across an incomplete tutorial in this community outlining how to pre-fill a form via URL. Here’s what I’m trying to do:I have vendors submitting Invoices but they need to be approved. I want to have a form (Invoice Form) that, when submitted, triggers a zap which generates an email to an approver. That email would contain a URL to an approval form (which is associated with the table in the Invoice Form), which has, prefilled, the data from the Invoice Form submittal, along with a checkbox to approve. When the Submit on this form is clicked, a zap is triggered which updates the table behind the original Invoice Form with this approval checkbox = checked, and continues along with other actions.I see tutorials on creating a Button field in a table, but I don’t see how submitting a form can be associated with that button. I’m very new to Zapier. No coding experience (but I can figure it out if it’s relatively straightforward) I’m making a zap where:Trigger: event start in Google Calendar ***I draft the client a reminder email w/ the date, address, etc. the day before the event. Update some stuff in Copper CRM Delay until the event is over Draft an email thanking them & asking for a review Update more stuff in the CRM *** But in step 2, depending on what time the calendar event starts, I want the email to be slightly different. (i.e. if it’s before 9:30 AM [AKA it’s the first job of the day], we say we’ll text them when we’re on the way. If it’s later than 9:30AM, we say we’ll update them on ETA via text day-of while at the previous jobs.) What’s the best way to do this? Gmail does not push notification on mobile when Gmail is sent via Zap, but the email arrives. The problem is: There is no notification about the received email from mobile Gmail app.And yes I have gmail notification about other emails. How to fix that? Maybe html code of that email is causing that?
We have a API sent up for our print management SaaS. We have Zaps set-up to push notifications to our team members when something moves from pre-press to production, or when something moves from pre-press to proof, etc…. The issue we are having is that it will send the same notification every time someone interacts with the job, so as a project moves through the production process, each time the status is changed to print or cut or fold etc…. the “This project is in production” notification is sent to the rep who entered the project. Is there a way to set up the Zap to only run the first time all of the filters are true? Or something to that effect?

I am using a service known as LeadsHook I want my leads to transfer to google sheets through zapier. Now when I am integrating the gsheets and leads hook decision tree. some columns are being fetched but some are not. And all columns are showing in the mapping process i map all the processes but still, this error is happening

I was creating a Zap with a Google docs template and not all of my templates are showing up. On the previous zap a created all of the templates show up in the selection field. I have clicked load more and I still see only three template. I now only shows the same three templates in the other zap I created and does not show the template that I have selected for that zap. I am not sure what is going on. I have deleted and recreated the zap. Before this zap I created three other zaps without the same problem.
I’m trying to create a Zap connecting Wix Automation to creat a Google Contact. Although I’ve attempted it probably 15 times, I cannot get Zap to connect to Wix. I get a “Something’s Wrong” message saying “We couldn't find an app with this redirect url. Make sure the redirect url matches the one assigned to your app. I have no idea what that means. All the tutorials show it just working. I can connect to the list of Wix sites and choose the correct site, but the next step is: SMART_ACTIONS.EXECUTE_ZAPIER_HOOK.titleConnect Wix Automations with third-party appsand it always fails. I have filled out the form to hear from Zapier. I contacted Wix and their support gave me a workaround to add a webhook to the automation, not using the Connect to Zapier button, as though they know it doesn’t work. It doesn’t add the App connnection. Google Contacts app is connectedHas somebody else had this problem and fixed it?
Hi all - new to Zapier, feel like I’ve almost got this and yet, I’m still so far away! Here’s the deal…Every night I get a count of open customer service tickets dropped in Google Drive I want to copy the number of open tickets into a new row in a Google Sheet I’m creating a daily log of open tickets. So, everyday I’d open the Google Sheet and see a new row with the prior day’s date and the number of open tickets. Seems simple, but I can’t quite come up with the right combination of triggers and actions. Appreciate the help!

Hello,I’m trying to use zendesk placeholders in a Zap that triggers an action on Zendesk. A Zendesk placeholder looks like “{{ticket.ticket_field_option_123456}}”. I want to use this placeholder in an “Update Ticket” action that makes a comment on the ticket. The issue I’m noticing is that everytime I use this placeholder, Zapier is converting it to some zapier-specific entity in the message (see image below). How can I stop this from happening? I just want to forward the placeholders to zendesk so zendesk can dereference them (assuming that Zapier is just using the Zendesk API, Zendesk should be able to handle all the dereferencing).
