Hi everyone,I think I may have stumbled across a bug with the Update a Trello Card Action.It is something that is new, and has caused unwanted outcomes on zaps that were previously working perfectly. Issue seems to be: - we update two custom fields on a trello card, including one being a URL, as an action item in a zap. - we are ONLY updating those two fields. The Description field is untouched. - when the zap runs, the custom fields update, but then the Description field info is overwritten by the URL and additional unintended info. I’m stumped, and am reasonably experienced with Trello, and can’t figure it out. I’m thinking I’m not the problem.Thoughts?
We have a Zap that waits for new rows on a Google spreadsheet and sends and emails reminder the day of the meeting to one or more employees. Sometimes these emails go to the spam folder, or the employee is not near the computer to read them. Many have asked for an automated phone call as a reminder. What would you say is the cheapest and easiest way to do this with Zap? I mean, what service provider would you suggest we sue?
I have a discord post that contains multiple lines of data in this format: **val0** - val1 - val2 - val3 - val4 - val5There could be up to 20 of these lines in each discord post. Next, I used Zapier Text Formatter with a [newline] separator to get an output that breaks out each line as its own Item. Now how do I get each Item into Google Sheets in individual rows?
Hi, I hope you’re doing great.I created a zap like: Google form > Google spreadsheet > Google Slide > GmailEvery response in Form create a new row in the Spreadsheet some data from the Spreadsheet are taken in a Slide and 7sent by Gmail. Probelm is that in spreadsheet is keeping creating new rows with the same data (name, and other detail) so the same slide has been sent many and many times.Can you help me to stop this and to prevent it in the future? I find myself struggling to find a way to automate import of blood pressure data from an (Omron Bluetooth monitor) and nutritional data from (my fitness pal)and weight measurements from Bluetooth (Body+ Scale) …To a custom spreadsheet that I have created to monitor pleural drainage data My wife has an implanted catheter (PleurX BD)… we can’t do the drainage procedure unless several conditions are met on a daily basis… I am currently entering the information manually… I’ve attached a copy of my spreadsheet for your review… Treat only as data as it is private information… it is a work in progress, I plan on Adding charts and graphs and averages and all that fun stuff when I get the data portion finalized…Any assistance on the automation from the 3rd party apps would be appreciatedTim P.This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personal information. I am new to zapier and I thought it would be relatively easy to set up zapier when I add a data in a new row in an excel speadsheet located in sharepoint to create a new folder again in a folder on sharepoint. I get so far but I seem to hit an issue trying to locate the actual file in sharepoint as it keeps returning “unable to load choices” which I suspect because although I have selected sharepoint as storage the folder name must be wrong. I am happy to turn the zap the other way i.e. create a new row in the excel spreadsheet when I creat a new folder but this would all need to be within sharepoint.Do I need to have professional version to use this zap.

For some reason, New tasks aren’t showing up when created in Trello to pop up on my Click-Up board. It works during test, but there are two things that are happening: I can’t seem to figure out the code/what I need to put so that the actual name of the tasks goes into ClickUp It doesn’t come up when I’m creating a new task at all.Does anyone know what’s happening?
Hello! I am trying to connect my Steam account, I get the following error. I don’t get a “Allow” or “Accept” button or any kind of permission popup. I have made sure that popups are allowed in the Chrome settings. I also tried it in Firefox just to see and I get the same thing. I have confirmed multiple times that everything is set to Public, and even changed the vanity URL name to something else, tried that and then changed it back. I’m not sure what the deal is, I’ve tried everything I can think of.

The app returned "variables_list is invalid: email must not be empty in variables_list[0]". I tried to use Formatter but I got the same error on the email that needed a variable. See screenshot below
Hello, currently I am transferring leads from Perspective to Google Sheets using the Zap "Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets" and then sending them to my clients using the Zap "Send Outbound Email in Email by Zapier". I have the issue that sometimes people sign up twice, and I don't want to create a new spreadsheet row or send an email to my clients for the duplicate entries. How can I set it up so that the Google Sheet is first checked to see if the email address already exists, and if so, stop the process at that point? I have already looked into deduplication, but I find too little information to implement it correctly. I would appreciate a guide on how to do this. Thank you very much.
How do I get entries to google sheets to be composed from the bottom of a row and not versus creating a row at the top?
Hi there, I need to regularly manage my inventory levels of over 1400 products in shopify. My supplier sends me daily updates in a spreadsheet/csv format and I am hoping to use the data in this format to update my inventory levels in Shopify. I can see there are functions to support this, but it appears there are a few issues with the way I am currently setting up the zap. I know I can probably use an API call or webhook to accomplish this, but I am not there yet so I was hoping Zapier could help in the meantime. I want Zapier to be able to match the sku with the appropriate item in Shopify and update the inventory to the integer given in the spreadsheet. The zap I am using appears to have an action that can be triggered to update inventory on a single product at a time, but not multiple products. I’ve seen a few other similar posts in the questions forum about this, but was not able to find any good answers so I’m hoping someone will have some good advice for me here. Thanks
Hello, I try to send airtable information with a gmail account. When i created the zap. No issue. when i try to send a test, it works very well In my mail box, the email is OK ! et then i switch “on” the zap and i try to trigger it by adding data to the airtable view, nothing happened. et a few minutes later i got this et the email body become red when i put airtable data inside. I tried to change the gmail account i use to send emails. Same issue. Is it a API issue ? Regards.

Testing that and my Zap appears to be working perfectly, right up to the point where some of the data fields are not being delivered to the server.I am using a webhook as the trigger, and test data is being delivered correctly to the trigger test.My action captures that data, all fields are mapped properly, as you can see in the attached picture. But then when I test the action and look at the data delivered to the server, some of the fields are missing.The missing data comes from dynamic fields, so I assume that's my problem, but the action shows all of the expected key/value fields properly. How can it display all of that properly, but then not deliver the data to the server? I’m not sure where to look for the problem since the tests all show the pro

We just launched with Wealthbox and want to switch to VoIP. Does anyone have experience using Zapier with 8x8 or Ring Central? What can Zapier do for us. Some VoIP provider I never heard of (Intulse) is integrated with WB without Zapier. If we can achieve similar integration through Zapier I would rather have a name VoIP provider?Thanks is advance!

I have read articles here aabout doc with names, last names and emails but I only have phone numbers.I am new at this so I would like to understand how to do this. I have a zap that triggers when I get a lead through facebook and the action is to send me an email of the leads name, email, phone number and the answer to one question in the lead forum. However when I do get a lead and the zap i triggered and I do get an email the email only contains the answer from the question so the name, email and phone number is left behind and is not in the email.

Hello everyone,I am trying to create the following:My workers fill up their timesheet using paperform > a custom PDF file is generated. Using zapier > The custom PDF gets sent to the supervisor of the worker (sent based on location chose by worker) The supervisor will receive an invitation to sign using signnow After the documents are all signed > I want zapier to gather all these PDFs and send them to the accountant in one emailI have managed to build most of it. I am stuck at the 5th step now.Every week its different number amount of workers. So i can’t just tell zapier to gather certain amount of signed documents. That has to be dynamic.So I connected it to google sheets and i filter it using Week ending and date. Now after the supervisor signs the document, zapier is updating the last column and adding Y under the signed.How do I tell zapier now when all week ending 2021.09.26 got Y next to them, you can proceed to next step?I was trying to get this lookupand then use this

Hi there,So Ive been able to setup a Zap between by blog’s RSS feed to a Linkedin post- either Company update OR personal share works fine (Zapier is fine with taking the right data from the RSS feed and showing it in Linkedin),The problem is: I want this to be multistep- that is- RSS triggers a new post in my personal page, then my Company page reposts the personal page post.In the second step, I am able to insert a field taken from the first step, which makes sense to me as the Personal page post, however, linkedin simply published the URL, without shoing it as an embedded post, like it would had I created a new company update and pasted the post URL.Help?
