  • Error: Failed to fetch a form entry from WPForms. Error while retrieving: JSON results array could not be located.

Hi, I've tried contacting support earlier but haven't gotten a response.

My Zapier account has a wp form connection that works correctly, but when I try to connect other wp forms accounts, an error occurs:

Error while retrieving: JSON results array could not be located.


I connect zapier in wp forms

 

I choose the form
 


but it returns this error in the test

Make sure you pick the correct form here, you cant type it in.

Alternatively use this WpForm add-on with Webhook by Zapier, it will make things easier: https://wpforms.com/addons/webhooks-addon/
