Failed to create a send sms in TwilioThe app returned "The 'To' number +97xxxxxxxx is not a valid phone number.". So I am new to Zapier and Twilio. I am using their test account before I dive in and buy it. I am testing a zap that will send a message to a user who schedules a consult on our Kartra website. Zapier pulls this extraneous info from a calender and I dont quite understand where it is getting it from, but I see the number isnt a Verified Number. So I put mine in, making sure the country code is correct. No dice. Says the number isnt a valid number. Adding the country code in the number gives me an error that says: Failed to create a send sms in TwilioThe app returned "The 'From' number TLC Law Office is not a valid phone number, shortcode, or alphanumeric sender ID."Ive tested the number and it sends messages both through Kartra and through Twilio. What is Zapier misreading here?
Hi All! I need some help with something I would assume is pretty basic. I have found one app that can do what I need but the cost of it per month is so expensive, I don’t think it is worth it. We receive leads from multiple sources straight into Monday Board 1, we then allocate those leads out to different companies by duplicating and linking the line item into the allocated companies board. We then file the allocated leads into Board 2. We have thousands of leads in Board 2 and need a way to cross reference these leads with the new leads we are receiving to check they are not an existing lead and we allocate it to a different company. It’s quite a crucial step and I'm surprised it isn’t a basic function. I was thinking of creating a Zap that every time a line item is created into Board 2 that line item is also created in a Google Sheet.Then Every time a new lead comes into Board 1 it searches the Google sheet by Name and Number and if there is a match it changes a status column in Bo
Our desired Zap:1. An unauthorized user posts in a channel.2. An ephemeral message is sent to the user. Context: We have a slack channel which is only used for product updates. However, many users ask support questions in this channel and we want to direct them to the correct support channel. I’ve made a zap where when an unauthorized user posts a message to the channel an automated bot sends a message with the correct channel to go to. However, the bot message is sent to the whole channel and we’d like it to be sent as an ephemeral message that only the user who posted the message can see. I don’t see an action for sending an ephemeral message to the user and did not know if it was possible in a workaround. I know posting ephemeral messages is possible using Slack’s API but is there a way to incorporate this into Zapier?
I am creating a trigger that initiates the creation of an event on Google Calendar (Account B) when an event is created on Google Calendar (Account A). The trigger works correctly, but if the event created on Calendar A contains a link to a Google Meet video conference, the event created on Calendar B has a different video conference link. How can I make the two fields match?

Goal – My goal is to create a zap which streamlines the process of entering transactions into both YNAB and Splitwise, whilst traveling with friends.Current state – I have successfully configured a zap which, upon creation of a new transaction in Splitwise, creates an almost correct equivalent transaction in YNAB.Desired state – I want my new transaction in YNAB to be a split transaction, in order to follow this guidance on using YNAB and Splitwise together. Looking at the YNAB API docs, I see this is possible to implement as an array of `subtransactions`.However I don’t see this functionality exposed in the Zapier visual editor. Is this something that is possible, and/or on your radar?

When I edit the ‘Body’ of text when using ‘Send email in Gmail’ it doesn’t recognise the edit and reverts to what was there before I changed it.The only change I am making is replacing one series of 2-3 links to Youtube videos with another.e.gAthlete 1 YOUTUBE LINKAthlete 2 YOUTUBE LINKAthlete 3 YOUTUBE LINK with the same text but different links.I copy the text and links from a Google Doc and paste straight over the existing text.It reverts to the original links as soon as I press ‘continue’ which moves to the test/publish level.I have 8 Zaps that this issue is affecting that use 2 different Gmail accounts. It doesn’t happen every time or with only some Zaps and not others. It can be different between different paths within the same Zap. I’m implementing an app integration with oauth2 where my server is issuing an access token to zapier. Upon clicking connect I redirect to my applications frontend with a login screen to validate the user and go through the oauth2 flow. The access token is issued and the test endpoint works. My issue is when the user hits the approve button my server responds with a redirect url which I redirect with window.location.href = response.redirectUrlAt this point you can see the zapier screen for a short second and the window closes. Is this what is supposed to happen? I assume it’s displaying some sort of success message (since it works). But it seems like kind of a bad user experience since there’s no real validation that the connection worked.
I have created a zap to send data from Zoho CRM to BigQuery. I want the zap to trigger when any of a set of fields are populated. So the table in BigQuery should only have contacts from Zoho CRM that have a value in the set of fields. How do I specify this condition? I have currently set up a zap that sends data to BigQuery but it is including rows which are not of interest (the set of fields are empty).
I am working on an AI project with Langchain, a platform that allows me to use large language models (LLMs) for various tasks. I have connected my Langchain project with the Zapier NLA API, which is supposed to enable me to integrate different apps and services with natural language commands. I have written some Python code to run my project, but it does not seem to work properly. The code should send some data from my project to a new row in a Google sheet, but when I check the sheet, nothing has changed. I don't know why this is happening, and I can't find any helpful tutorials on the Langchain website. The tutorials are only for basic use cases, but I need to use AutoGPT, a custom agent that uses long-term memory and a prompt for independent work. I have tried contacting Zapier support, but they are very slow to reply. Does anyone have any experience with using Zapier and Langchain together with AutoGPT? I would appreciate any advice or guidance. Thank you.

So I am new to user Zapier but seem to understand its limits so far. I am having ChatGPT generate an article barely only a second paragraph, its hitting a brick wall. This is within only 30 seconds or so also.I keep getting was_cancelled false not true as I have read many times that would show timeout, it barely runs more then 30 seconds most times and whether it says true or false, either cuts off the response and then retries to ask again sometimes 3 times. It seemed to work at first and now giving multiple errors like this one. Whether I use ChatGPT3 Turbo or ChatGPT4 with massive amounts of tokens currently with ChatGPT3 I use 3800 or more. It cuts off and does this weird retry and gives me 3 outputs instead of giving me one long output.Could you help me with understanding why this is, is this a Zapier limitation hit or OpenAPI limitation?
Hello! I’m creating a Zap using a software called pockets. Every time I save an article in pockets (initial trigger), it creates a row in google spreadsheets with the article title, author, publisher, URL, and date. From there, the next action is to create a gmail draft using the following html code to automatically hyperlink the article title with the link from my spreadsheet: These steps all work seamlessly, and the draft in gmail shows up exactly like I want it to. However, I’d like zapier to read the data from all rows in my google sheets, rather than just the most recently updated row so that all of the rows from my spreadsheet are in a single email draft with each other, and under the same formatting from above. How can I do this? This is for a weekly email that I send out so I’d love to set up a filter to not read info before/after a certain date. Any help on either of these things would be great. Thanks!

HiI made a zap between Email parser by zapier and google drive to save the pdf files sent as attachments to the email address.When there's a single attachment, it works without a hitch, but if there are several attachments, it creates a zip.I found a thread that solves this problem for gmail but not for email parser by zapier. I’ve bee trying to build a zap that sends prompts to Open Ai’s API, then calls back the text as input into Zapier, with GPT-4. I think the issue I’m having is what others might be describing here…When I build a Zap using “OpenAI (GPT-3, DALL-E, Whisper)” as the app on Zapier, I don’t get the option of using GPT-4. However, if I use “ChatGPT” as the app for my action on Zapier, I do get the option to use GPT-4. The problem, however, is the ChatGPT app has limited functionality under the available actions for the zap. ChatGPT does not allow me to send a prompt, instead, you have presets like “summarize text” or “sentiment analysis”.On the other hand, the “OpenAI (GPT-3, DALL-E, Whisper)” app does allow you to send a prompt as an action, just not with the gpt-4 model. Has anyone found a way to bypass this? Can you set up a zap that sends a prompt to Open Ai’s API using GPT-4 or
