I used Zapier to connect CIN7 Inventory System to Zoho Desk
The goal is, once the Sales is created in CIN7 it will be automatically created as a ticket in Zoho Desk.
But I can’t see a trigger point in Zapier on creation or Sales.
Any advice regarding this ? might other trigger point works

- Thanks for this, but my concern if I will use Sales Status Change it will also trigger my second Zap which is updating the ticket in Zoho Desk ?
THE GOAL :
1 . Once the Sales is created in CIN7, it will create a ticket in Zoho Desk
2. Once the Sales is updated in CIN7 it will update the existing/associated ticket in Zoho Desk, I already use Sales Status Change to the update, but for the creation I’m not sure if Sales Status Change is the right trigger
