I seem to be having an issue receiving all the criteria fields from Facebook. I have tried to reconnect to see if this refreshes it but it doesn’t seem to feed in the rest of the lead capture fields. Is there something that we need to further do to make this work?

Hello, I am trying to create a zap that will locate the users email using the id of the user contained in the record from the trigger.  I have added the index on rule to my database, although I do not think it is necessary to just get a simple value.  My data is like this: Users         (User id)                    name: example                    email: example In the step in my zap, I have defined the path as "users"  In the next feild, I have selected the user id as the inject from the trigger Now all I need to do is enter the search value.   Can someone please help me. Thank you.

Hi guys! Please help.I am trying to automate creating a new spreadsheet from a template for each of my client. I was able to successfully create a new sheet from a template but now I need to update some rows on this new sheet created. I have selected the sheet from custom step 2 (create spreadsheet).  

We've built a zap that is triggering an Asana task to get created (this is working as expected). We want to be able to update some of our custom fields though even when we click on "Refresh Fields" isn't not showing the fields. Does anyone know how to get custom fields to appear when triggering a new task to get created in the Zapier builder? It says in this documentation that it should be possible: https://zapier.com/blog/updates/856/asana-custom-fields-support

Does anyone know if there is a way to export Zoom webinar attendees to Google Contacts. Zoom create a CSV that has now been exported to Apple Numbers.  I’m going around in circles. I need the names and emails in Google contacts. Thanks!

I want to have a automation in activecampaign that sends their unique link every week, without making more then 1 automation.It probably makes it easier that i have a payment system on my website, i can get their information (email, name) from there.  

Hi there, I want to create a flow that creates a new spreadsheet in google sheets when a new list is made in ClickUp. All of these actions are available in Zapier, Workflow: New list (ClickUp) New list created in XX workspaceCreate Spreadsheet (Google Sheets) Title: List name Spreadsheet to copy: Global Template.  This works absoulutely fine when testing it in the Zap editor, however it does not trigger when i turn it on and make a new list in ClickUp, nothing happen it does not even show in the zap history? Is there another way to do this? or am I doing something wrong?

Hi everyone, I am new to Zapier and still trying to come to terms with what it can and cannot do.I am currently creating posts in Canva, uploading them to a scheduler and that paid-for scheduler posts them for me. The scheduler is expensive and still uses Zapier to connect to Instagram. My question is this:- Is it possible to use Zapier to link with Canva and post directly to Social Media platforms, including Instagram, without using the scheduler?Is this something the free version of Zapier would support or does it need the paid-for version? I don’t mind either way if Zapier can save me money in comparison with my current scheduler

Hi I have a problem with Zapier automations. I have a Calendly account where I have 2 events that need to write data to 2 different Google Sheets. In the end, after writing in their respective Google Sheets, they send an email, also personalized. To do this I used Zapier's filters to distinguish the 2 Google Sheets. The problem is that subscriptions go to both Google Sheets and not the specific one. Because? Thanks Fabio

We have multiple users on the Salesforce account. They all represent a specific office of different cities. We need to create a Zap that takes data from a website form and create a “Lead” on Salesforce. We need to assign a lead owner (Salesforce users who manage all the leads) depending on the city that users have selected in the form.While creating the lead through Zapier, we see only one Salesforce user in the dropdown. That user is displayed as an alphanumeric string instead of the Salesforce user name. See the screenshot below.How can we fetch the other Salesforce users in this dropdown? Or how can we make a Salesforce user as a lead owner?Thank you in advance for the help.

Hi Everyone,I just had a fix regarding the item line on Xero but the problem I am having now is that,The number of order gets duplicated on depending on the number of items inside the invoice.Here’s an example.On this invoice, there are 3 items inside the invoice form the Contact Form 7 that I submitted.Zapier is also sending 3 invoices as well since there are 3 items.How do I enable Zapier to only create an invoice once for this? Here’s my Zap FlowThank you!

Hello! I’d like to connect StreetText with CloudCMA. The flow would be: a new submission comes in StreetText (person enters their home address, email, name) then CloudCMA would create a home value report and email it to them. StreetText is available in Zapier but CloudCMA is not. However, I do have an API key for CloudCMA. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I have Gravity Forms set up to integrate with Xero, but when I try to test the bank transaction for payment is gives me the following error: The bank transaction could not be sent to Xero.A validation exception occurred, Account code '105' is not a valid code for this document. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hiim really struggling and wondered if someone could help,  so what I need to do is, in aweber I have 2 lists.  one list is leads and one list is members  when I receive a email from my company saying “congratulations dan new sale details below ( attached are the name and email of the person that’s now a member)  I need zapier to then take that persons name and email and add them into my members list in aweber and I have no idea what to put in zapier to make this happen and just wondered if anyone was able to run me through it much appreciated  thank you  Dan

Hi community, I have a google sheet with data from last days. I want to populate more data during these days but without deleting the last days data (an example, I have a sheet with data from 1 to 20 January. I want to add data from 21 to 31 January (without deleting the data from 1 to 20). My goal is populate sheet data with new ones. Any idea? Thanks

My law firm uses Clio as our Practice Management System, and I am trying to create a Zap that will automatically create a card in Trello’s “To Do” List any time a Task is created in Clio. I have managed to get everything to work BUT the assigning of the task to the appropriate Team member in Trello.  For example, if a Task in Clio is assigned to John Smith, I need the member to be added to the Card when it gets created in Trello.  It seems as though I can program ALL tasks to be assigned to John Smith when the card is created in Trello, but that doesn’t do me much good if the Task was assigned to Jane Doe in Clio originally. If anyone who is using both Clio and Trello figured out how to make this work, I would love to know what I’m doing wrong.

So I have a discord server and would like to have posts from an RSS feed for once a day, but there is no way to schedule this in Zapier as once you setup a schedule the next option for RSS is to create an item. What would be a better way to achieve this? Or am I stuck going the code route?

Hello!   I set up a zap when missed calls receive an sms. I had it set up successfully for a few weeks, everything worked great but today I edited the message and I do not know what happened but now, its not sending a text, the test sends a text but not in reality.

Hello, I have a bunch of fillable pdf forms. Currently when someone completes it, it needs to be email to our team. I am trying to streamline this process:In the pdf, I added a submit form button, now the complete pdf is sent to my email address. Cool. But I want all the field data to go to one excel or google sheet so it is easy to manage this data. Is that something I can do from acrobat to excel? The email I get only has the pdf as an attachment. I don’t know how to make the field data to appear in the body of the email. ANy wisdom on how to make pdf export all data automatically into an excel, or even better, make the pdf an online form like a google form would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
