Hi @Marc T and @Loma Senta - Thanks for bringing this to our attention! It looks like this app is still in beta and likely will have these hiccups. I recommend that you contact Converti directly so they can resolve this on their end. Thanks!

Yup, keep getting asked for new PAI keys - which I did just last week, and now have to do again?

FYI: Most Zap app integrations are maintained by the app developers, rather than Zapier, so as @steph.n mentioned, it’s best to communicate these issues/requests to the app developer in hopes of resolving.
