Hi all,

 

We need to automate an action where an automated email is sent including a PDF file attached. We’ve tried to do it uploading a PDF through a Google Drive Link but it isn’t working. Does anyone know how to do it?

Please provide screenshots of how your Zap steps are configured.

Thanks for your reply @Troy Tessalone. We are trying to add the PDF as it follows (through a Google Drive link with open permissions).

Our aim is to generate an automated reply inclusion always the same PDF attachment.

The link to the Attachment needs to be a publicly accessible link.

You can test this by trying to open the link in a new private browser.

That's a VIEW link, try using a different link.

It needs to be a link that would essentially download the file.

You can see the other available links by using a different Zap to do a GDrive Find File search step.
