How to get lifecycle stage & lead status syncing between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics?

Hi all,We have a couple of workflows set up, but not turned on, because we've run into a roadblock. We have most properties between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics linked, but Lifecycle Stage and Lead Status are being stubborn.Here are the two workflows we have:[HubSpot] New MQL -> [Dynamics] New Lead[Dynamics] Updated Lead -> [HubSpot] Updated ContactIn both of these instances, when we get to the Lifecycle Stage and Lead Status, instead of having the ability to choose which field to link to, it just offers a dropdown where you can select a specific option or choose a custom field. These are both set up as Radio Select fields in HubSpot (the standard ones) and as Option Set in Dynamics. With this setup, we aren't able to get both dropdown fields linked to each other between HubSpot and Dynamics. We even tried setting up a duplicate Lead Status property in HubSpot to test out that field type, but no dice.What's funny is Original Source (HubSpot) is set up exactly the

Sending an email when files or folders are added to OneDrive

Hey there, I was talking to a friend about using Zapier to send someone an email when a file or folder is added to OneDrive.There are 20+ accounts to watch, though. That is to say, whenever any one of these 20 people adds a file or folder to OneDrive, an office admin should receive an email. And the OneDrive trigger separates adding files and adding folders into two different actions.To avoid making 40 Zaps (two for each account), I'm curious if anyone has ideas for doing this more efficiently. Maybe checking one drive periodically for whatever's new, and sending a digest at the end of the day, or something.Grateful for any ideas!

Hey,I have a current setup of the following;new typeform entry -> creates a trello card with the details entered on typeform.This all works perfectly fine, one of the question on the typeform is 'select a date' question.I was wondering if there was a way I could now use that date to trigger a slack message.E.g I want a slack message when the date is approaching, maybe one or two days prior.Thanks in advance.

How to discard first line item?

Hey!I'm connecting Slack to ClickSend (sms) and want to send and sms from a Slack message.So the Slack message has the following structure:"+46735112233This is the message.It can be on one line or multiple lines, it's all up to the person writing the message" Now I want to split the phone number from the actual message and use them in separate parts of my zap.The Zap1) The zap uses string.number_extract to get the phone number. This is then used to populate the receiver field in the ClickSend action step. This step is working as intended, yihaa!2) I then want to use the rest of the message as the body of the sms. This is where the problems begin :) I have tried the following approaches:Split into line items using [:newline:] and then add a filter on line items NOT starting with < (since Slack formats the number as "<tel:+46735112233>"). This fails because then the whole flow stops since there is no looping through all line items in the filter ste

New Magento Orders to Google Sheet

Hi, I have a Zap which triggers every time there's a new order on Magento and then creates a new row on Google Sheets. While this is better than nothing, this is not the desired outcome. The desired outcome would be that a new row on Google Sheets is created only if the status of the new order is "Paid". The problem is that when a new order is created the status is initially "Processing" and that's the status which Magento sends to Zapier. And later on, as the status of the order is updated to e.g. "Paid" or "Cancelled", the updated status won't be sent from Magento to Zapier since it's not a new order anymore.Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Hello,I am using Google Sheets to trigger a Zap to import my leads into my CRM (Apto - which is a part of SalesForce).I want to search my Database by E-mail and Phone # before adding my "new" contact into my CRM. How can I check my existing database to make sure it doesn't include any of the new leads from my Google Sheet, so that I won't create Duplicate Records in my CRM?Please help! Thank you.

Change the order of multiple actions within a zap

I created a zap for Asana that automatically assigns subtasks for new tasks within a project. There are several subtasks that are created using this zap, and it's working great, but I want to change the order of the actions so that I can delay the assignment of three of the subtasks until the due date has been reached.How do I change their order? I don't see a way to do it within the zap interface.

Zapier Changing Product IDs???

Does anyone know why Zapier would change a product ID field? I am importing Shopify IDs from a custom Woocommerce field. Everything works until the end of the Zap when it sends the line items to create a Shopify order. Zapier is changing the values, thus rendering the entire Zap useless, because the IDs dont match. Can someone please tell if the screenshot is correct, and what is happening?? ThanksP.S. I am not inputting a variant ID as we are not using variants (though we will in the future), but would that have any effect?

Facebook Messenger to Gmail not pulling in names

Hi,I have made a Zap that is meant to send all new Facebook Page messages to my Gmail account. Everything is working as expected but the names are not being pulled in from messenger. Only the time and actually message are being pulled in. I have checked the task history and I can see they are not being pulled in from messenger, so there is no error with gmail. Any idea how to fix this? It's for my company and we need it fixed soon!! Cheers

Trello and Google Sheets Question

Not sure what's going on here so hoping someone can help me. I have a Zap set up to create a new Trello Board upon the creation of a new row in my google spreadsheet. Tested it, worked perfect. Added my first new row to Google Spreadsheet and it set up the board perfectly. All good here.I have an additional Zap that @AndrewJDavison_Luhhu helped me set up that looks up that Trello board board ID and then adds cards to that board based on new rows in another tab within my spreadsheet. That was tested and worked perfectly.Now here is my problem: We input a new project into our system on 1/28/20. Trello built a new board from my Zap and everything looked perfect. However, before any cards could be created for this board, someone edited a single cell in that new spreadsheet row. No new row was added from this action, just a change to one of the cells within the row. After the cell change, the zap that creates the boards triggered again. It created a new board that Trello assigned the s

Parsing or Saving CSV Email Attachment into Google Sheets

Hi everyone, I'm hoping the community can help me with setting up my zap...I get a daily email from one of our vendors with an attached csv. I download & port the contents of this CSV over to a google sheet for records keeping / processing every day (mega repetitive). My ideal scenario would be: gets daily email > zap creates new row in google sheet from each row in attached CSV.I would also settle for a scenario where zap simply creates a new google sheet from attached CSV in a designated folder. Thus far, I've tried using the email parser, but haven't been able to get it to recognize the attachment.

Account Email Issue - Can't Change Email Address Associated with Account

Hello, I have an issue with not receiving Zapier's email that is meant to be sent to me with a link so I can click on it to change my user account email address. This is a strange issue because I receive the Zapier newsletter and other zapier notifications. But this email that is supposedly sent so I can change my account email never arrives. I have tried many times. I sent an email to support but still awaiting a reply. Not having a number to call and no reply yet to the the support ticket just has me feeling helpless :( I urgently need to make this update. If someone could reach out to assist this will be great. Shopify Orders from Woocommerce

Does anyone know how to ensure products match when trying to sync orders from Woocommerce to Shopify? Does anyone know the best way to do this overall?We tried to do it with line item support directly to Shopify, and doesn't seem to work because we can't get product IDs to match. We are now attempting to do it using Google Sheets as an intermediary, which is capturing all necessary information, but we can't seem to condense the line items correctly back into a Shopify order and match products.This is an urgent need. Any help would be very much appreciated.

New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets only works when a new row is added?

I'm using the 'New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets' as the entry point to one of my Zaps.When a new row is added to the spreadsheet, the Zap triggers as expected.I have a filter as the send step in my Zap. This filter stops the following steps if a particular cell is empty in the row.For a new row to the spreadsheet, as I said this Zap is working correctly. The new row is added, the cell in question is empty, and the filter stops the Zap right there. Perfect.The problem is that when I go in later and update the cell to a value that will pass the filter, the Zap isn't triggering. It's as if the 'New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets' is only triggering for a new row, not an updated row.Is anyone else having this issue? Where you able to figure out what the problem was?Ideally, the Zap should trigger with the changed cell and it should pass the filter and perform the remaining steps in the Zap. I feel like I'm doing something
