I have a business account with Gmail and Zapier does not work when I want to bring in labeled emails. Help? Also can I bring in text from gmail and save in a word document ?

Hi @RClay! I can see that you have another post that's similar to this one - is this post a different question that you'd like some help with or is it the same issue as your post re: creating a Gmail Zap?


This is the same problem.


Thank Danvers, I figured out the labeling but the parsing a gmail mail is still a thorn in my side.


Parsing can be tricky, I'm sorry about that!
