Hi! I have a zap that when a new row is created in a google drive it creates a new organization, a new person and a new deal (in that order). The deal is created in Pipedrive, but it not associated with the organization or the person, despite I indicated the name of the organization and the name of the person to be associated with in the zap: Could anyone help me?
Hi I recently started a new webhook zap with hopes to help track job costs for my company. I’m using jobnimbus as my crm where work orders are created and maintained. When a work order hits a specific status my webhook will pull specific data into a google sheet to database the info for later query. This zap is working however not pulling some critical information and the dates are showing up as an unknown 10 digit number I can’t seem to find any correlation to an actual date. Any help would be fantastic.

Hi there, I would like a zap to do the following please. between: Acuity scheduling and Active Campaign When a client books a meeting via Acuity scheduling, then on the Active Campaign Deal- the Deal is then moved to a different stage in the pipeline. the clients can be identified by either their first and last names, or even easier- their email address. The client with their email address would already be entered into Active Campaign, it’s simply moving them to a different stage in the pipeline. Can you please tell me if/how this is possible?
I am connecting Zapier to Googlesheet using Webhooks as the app and catch hook as trigger. However, there’s error in step 1. It can detect the Googlesheet column names but it does not read the initial valu. Kindly refer to the images. Any help will be much appreciated. Hi There, I’m hoping to solve a very similar issue to this post, but with xlsx files instead of csv’s. Essentially, I get regular emails with xlsx attachments that I would like to take and put the entire contents of the xlsx file into a google sheet, overwriting the sheet whenever there is a new email with this attachment. My first step: I have the trigger as Gmail receiving a new email matching a certain rule that I’ve created, and the event as finding the data in the all_attachments. I’m trying to work with the Formatter from there, but I am not getting anywhere. Any help is appreciated! William
We’re using Schedule by Zapier to send daily emails to contacts stored in Storage by Zapier. Storage contains multiple keys with different values for each contact, for example: - Customer’s email - Customer’s first name - Customer’s favorite color - Customer’s birth date How do we send a daily email to each of the contacts, where the variables above are replaced with the proper values for each contact? We configured SMTP by Zapier, but it only sends to one contact, not all. Are increments or round robins somehow involved here? We simply want to schedule a daily email broadcast to all contacts, where the values of the keys are customized (much like an autoresponder might do). Thanks much!
When an email is received by Outlook I would like to forward the email to an address that is specific to each sender. Actually, the destination email addresses are the email addresses of Trello cards that should be updated every time an email is received from a client. The flow is something like this: When Email received Use from address firstname.lastname@example.org → look up destination address in a table → Forward to email@example.com that was in this table The lookup list of ‘from address’ mapping to ‘forward to’ addresses has to be manually maintained - the rest should be automatic. Any ideas?
I’m looking for the best way to have Zapier look for a new row in a Google Sheet and perform a few searches that will ultimately create a new Opportunity in Salesforce. My questions are: What’s the best sequencing of my steps? First find if a Contact exists? If one exists, then find an Account based on the company name? If one exists, find if there’s an existing Opportunity? If one doesn’t exist, then create a new Opportunity? What’s the best way to create different paths, depending if a Contact/Account/Opportunity exists or doesn’t exist? Thanks!
Can Table (A) be checked for an existing email address before a zap adds a new record in Table (B) on Zoho CRM?
Can I use Zapier in this way? I want to have zapier update Zoho Leads (leads table) with new contact records from Outlook. But before it adds the record, I want it to check the Contacts Table (different from leads) to see if the associated email address already exists. If the email address does not already exist as part of a contact record, then it should go ahead and create the new Lead record on the Lead Table. But if the email address is found in Contacts, the Zap does not occur, and no new record is made. There is a basic system in place like this, but it is creating too many duplicate records. (not duplicates in the same table, but duplicate of records in contacts in the leads table).
I’m having a similar issue using Trello Due cards, but using Discord. It doesn’t appear that my Due Date Trello cards are ever picked up by Zapier. I’m wondering if this is because of the “free” tier of only updating every 15 minutes and somehow Zapier is repeatedly missing this window? The set up and testing all run OK with no issues, and the sample data that is pulled is correct, but once I enable the Zap it never actually runs. The Task History stays empty (even though it’s enabled). I created an additional Zap to run on card creation, and that eventually worked, so it looks like the communication in all directions is working as desired. PS. Is there a more suitable way to share the Zapier configurations than these screenshots? Thanks
Hello, I am writing to you after doing many unsuccessful tests. We, as the A company, use Pipedrive and we need to send (on the basis of a Pipedrive filter) some of our contacts, organizations and deals to a B company which also uses Pipedrive, I managed to create the workflow with Zapier between the two companies creating the items I want in the B company. To avoid creating a duplicate if the organizations are not named the same way, I created a custom field on each side and I make a check on this criterion before creating the elements. My big problem for a few days is that I can't find the right workflow to update these elements. Do you know how I can do that? It would be very precious to me! Thanks a lot! Deborah
Pardon the amateur questions #1. Can Zapier copy a column from Google Sheets document A and paste it into another column Google Sheets document B? #2. Can Zapier copy multiple columns from Google Sheets document A and paste them into a single specified column Google Sheets document B? If so, would anyone be willing to share the steps, or point me to a template/example? Thanks!

Required field "Start Date & Time" (start__dateTime) is missing since it's not a mandatory field in source app
I created a zap between TickTick and GCal. Whenever I create a new task it should add a new event in Calendar based on the task due-date. I get this error: ‘Required field "Start Date & Time" (start__dateTime) is missing.’ since the due-date field is not mandatory and I’m fine with it. How can I filter out for the Zap tasks with no data in this field?
We have a zap that creates an invoice in our accounting app when an order is placed in Magento 2. We use configurable products in Magento 2. However when one of the configurations is ordered both the simple product (child) as well as the configurable product (parent) are included in the items array. So what happens is an invoice is created with duplicate items. Is there any way to remove the configurable parent items from the from the array so just the simple products go through?

I am creating a Google Calendar event based on a Harvest timekeeping event. For the Google Calendar Event Start Time need to take the current time and subtract the length of the timekeeping event. The problem is to allow for the seasonal change of daily light savings time. Zapier has two variables one for Standard Time and one for Daylight Savings Time. I’d like to not have to change variable twice a year depending if we are in Daylight Savings or Standard time?
Hi, I’ve alreayd got a Zap which creates a new Google Calendar event when setting a Reminder for an Evernote note. I’d like to now amend/update the title of the same Google Calendar event if I amend/update the title of the corresponding Evernote note. Is this possible at all? Many thanks, Tony
Hello, I need to use a lookup table to search if a key contains a certain text, and not search for exact match of the text. The lookup key is Website URL. So if my website url is www.mywebsite.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=tampabrand I want the formatter to search for ?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=tampabrand and if it finds it, then the value is: Google AdWords Tampa Brand And so on and so forth for every UTM I’m using in ad campaigns. However, my current lookup table is looking for an exact match, and since the lookup key has a URL on the front end of the UTM, it’s not counting it. I can’t enter the full URL as the key because the website URL could be any different page on my website. So I need it to only search for a URL containing the UTM. How can I achieve this? Thanks.
