Hello,

I have a zap setup to do the following

  1. Trigger: Vonage Business Communications - New Call Recording
  2. Action: Dropbox - Upload File
  3. Action: Vonage Business Communications - Delete Recording

How is the quota for these calculated ?

If I have 10 calls a day….in 30 days is that 10x30 or 10x30x3 ?

My understanding is that it will be 300 tasks and not 900 , can someone please confirm. ?

TIA !!

Hi @Archie,

You can see the amount of tasks that a zap uses each time it runs on the “zap history” section. Make sure to click on “Zap runs”. Use the filters to find the zap you are looking for if needed.

Sometimes the same zap uses different amount of tasks each time it triggers, depending on the zap configuration. For example, if you have Paths, one path A may have more steps than path B, so the total amount of tasks used would be different when path A runs compared to when path B runs.

Hi @Archie

Check out this article about Tasks: https://zapier.com/help/manage/history/learn-about-tasks-in-zapier

For your described scenario the math would be …

10 calls per day for 30 days with 2 action steps in a Zap: 10 x 30 x 2 = 600 Tasks

Thank you  @Troy Tessalone  for the info. I can see that over there now.
