I would like clarification on the cost of tasks.We are going to have our pdf filler form connect to a Microsoft spreadsheet. Each submission will populate 1 row with about 10 columns of data.My question is, does each task (each form submission) count as one row of data? Or since we are populating 10 columns of data, will that count as 10 tasks?
Anyone else having trouble to trigger Sub-Zaps from Zaps? - I looks like it works but it doesn’t run the Sub-Zap at all, it doesn’t even show a Zap-history. The funny thing is that the Sub-Zaps works like a charm when I’m stepping in through manually… Calling a Sub-ZapInside the Sub-ZapSuccessful when I’m stepping through the Sub-Zap… This post has been edited by a moderator to remove sensitive information. I am trying to link Shipstation to Google Doc, as show in the image. The options pull through perfectly. However when I look to action them to a google sheet, the names and values get merged together, you can see this in the second Image. I often have a lot of tabs open in Chrome (on my Mac). I want to copy their full content to Trello. I use the Trello Web Clipper in Chrome to do this manually, choosing each time on each tab to add full content to Trello. I would like to automate this. Can Zapier do so for all the tabs in a given window of Chrome?
I am trying to create a GDrive folder hierarchy by using GSheet rows. Creating the root folder works fine, but I can’t get it to create a sub-folder.So for example if I add a GSheet row called “Test”, the it will create a folder named “Test” (correct!)But if I add a row called “Test/sub-test” then it actually creates a new folder called (literally) “Test/sub-test”, rather than creating a sub-folder called “sub-test” in the folder “Test”.Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

My current Zap set up: When a post is created on FB page > create s post on our subscriber only FB group + Public group. QUESTION:Occasionally, I have a few posts in subscriber only FB group that I would like to share on Fb Page as well as Public group. If I post this this content on FB Page will it again get posted in the subscriber only FB group or will Zapier skip the duplicate post for the group in question. I am using parser to get an email to come in. I that email there is a text/html pairing and when it comes into zapier the field is showing as markdown, i.e. “[text](url)” I would like to extract the text and URL into their own fields to be used later in the zap. I know I can run this through multiple split text, but looking for something more elegant. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

So I am attempting to use Zapier to connect Mighty Networks and Badgr.Specifically, when participants in my Mighty Networks Course complete the course I would like to automatically award them a Badge in Badgr. In the long run, I would like to award Badges for the completion of different steps within a course, but I am not sure if that is possible either. I am trying to trigger an update to my CRM system when a customer’s detail record is updated in the mysql database (i.e. address, phone number, email, etc). The zap doesn’t trigger when it just an update to an existing customer record. The data is stored across multiple tables (i.e. phone table, email table, etc) and all tied back to the customer ID.
I have a website where users can communicate with each other through a messaging system on the website, much like members of Facebook can send and receive messages from other users. Is it possible for the receiving of a message to be a trigger which could link to an SMS gateway like twilio to send the user a text that they have received a message. I basically want this to happen: User receives message on website → a text is sent to their phone notifying them that they have received a message.
I have a lead magnet that’s been running for a couple months now that collects signups via CognitoForms. I just set a zap for new entries to be added to MailChimp. I’ve done this once before, and I thought all the entries already in the form were automatically added to MailChimp once the Zap was turned on, but that isn’t happening this time. . . . Was I mistaken? Is this not a thing?
Hiya,We run statements for approximately 100 clients monthly. I had the trigger setup to be the detection of a file in a Dropbox account, however, the issue is that the routine drops all 100 files in there at the same time and half way through, the process stops and doesn’t restart. I’m wondering if there’s a better way to say, run through a Google sheet one row at a time to pull the appropriate data for the rest of the automation, then on the next run (scheduled maybe?) run the next row, etc…Any thoughts?

I want a new subscription signup in Stripe to emerge as a closed won opportunity in Salesforce that is tied to account and contact if it already exists.As of now, the Account Name in SF does not match the Customer Name in Stripe. I need to split text and remove the “’s” off the Customer Name in Stripe so it matches the Account Name in Salesforce, otherwise the Zap isn’t working.Example: in Salesforce, the account name is Adam. In Stripe, the customer name is showing up as “Adam’s Account.”I tried using the split text feature but it isn’t working for apostrophes.Any other recommendations on building a zap that can tie Stripe info to Salesforce opportunity w/ contact and account if it exists?

I have a comparitively small business and I was wondering if it’s really worth it to invest in something with as great a starting cost as this.
Dear all,I am new to Zapier community and would like to ask how can I forward an email with the original attachments using Zapier? I tried to set the trigger as ‘matching an email’, and set the action as ‘sending email’, but didn’t succeed in attaching the files - e.g. the forwarded email only shows the attachment file with a download link instead of showing in attachement. Many many thanks in advance for your help!
Has anyone had an issue where the paths are not “remembering” the trigger you type in the section? No matter what I type in “Enter or Select Value”, once you navigate away this section will be blank and the path will not run correctly. This is an issue I am seeing today, I have many ther zaps set up with paths that have the trigger working fine however any zaps I try to create today the path trigger is being removed.
My old Square / Wave Zap worked beautifully, but with the “new improved” Square trigger there is not a field for Processing Fee coming through. Is anyone else having this problem? I’ve reached out to support and they are “adding my vote” but it seems odd that this is a step backward.
