QuickBooks to HubSpot integration - to get Estimate Pdf from QuickBooks

I am integrating QuickBooks to HubSpot. I waned to get Estimate Pdf from QuickBooks when a new estimation created in the QuickBooks and attach the estimate pdf to the HubSpot deal.

 

please advice.

Hi @lubes , 

 

Check the Quickbooks action response, you should find the PDF there (in some apps it would say “Exists but not shown”)

while adding zaps, I see events .. not sure about action response.

Hi @lubes 

 

What i mean here is the reply you get from the Quick Books step. This is shown under Test Action in the step as shown in the below screenshot

 

In here you should find the file, so you can map the field accordingly
