Hello, I am looking for a professional to fix an issue with some of my Zaps triggering multiple times (sometimes up to 20). I have tried this fix without success. As you can see by the screenshot here the Zap is triggering multiple times at the exact same time and draining my Zap allowance in the process. Zapier support have been unable to fix the issue and have kindly declined my request to reimburse the wasted Zaps. Thank you
I can’t fathom why this is so difficult. Hopefully I'm just missing something.I need to extract the string values of a label type custom field. Is this even possible? More concretely, if my labels are: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, I simply want to get Alpha, Beta, and/or Gamma.From the task data coming in, I can see and get the id of the labels, which is some unique string ClickUp generates in the background to identify the string value, but it seems by default you can’t just get the actual human readable string values?That being the case, the next solution is to reverse engineer the string values by filtering the id’s extracted. In order to do that though, I need a simple mapping of the label’s “unique id’s → string values” (e.g, a1234 → Alpha), which does not seem to exist. I can get each of them individually, a collection of the unique id’s and a collection of the string values, but they’re not meaningfully mapped. I could potentially assume they’re ordered the same, but I don’t love that.I'

Hi all, i have a website that enables me to set up webhook integration into them. What I’m essentially trying to do is redirect clients to specfic partner sites to login, based on their email address (we sign clients up to different partners, but they get confused by which partner, so i want to try and create a single sign in) I have an google sheet with emails in column a, and their corresponding third part URL to login in column b. I have set up a webhook , with catch hook as the trigger event, then added to the URL to the integration on my form, i've then added an action step, added google sheets, then Lookup Spreadsheet Row as the action event, i have connected the relevant sheet, and choosen the relevant email address. Then i have a redirection action which is another webhook with the custom request as GET, with teh relevant URL for the email address selected. in theory this should work but nothing happens when i enter an email into the form, no redirect. Any ideas where i might
I’m new to Zapier and just wondering if it is possible to make it do what I want! I am using Beacon CRM to manage recruitment of a large team of volunteers. Part of this involves collecting references for applicants. I’ve set up a Zap to automate this via Outlook and it works exactly the way I needed. My problem is that if the referee doesn’t respond to the email within 1 month I want to send a reminder email to chase them. I can see how to set up a delay and an ‘only continue if’ to filter out those who have responded. But I assume that Zapier does not refresh the relevant fields to check whether they have changed since the initial trigger. So, is there a way to get Zapier to re-check the relevant field (which will be true/false) and see if it has changed since the trigger? I don’t want to accidentally chase everyone who has already responded! Let me know if you need more information, and thanks in advance for your help!
While trying to set up a step that involves an action with some of the fields being of a picklist value, I cannot switch to “Custom” to use e.g. a value from a previous step.Replications steps:Add step Go to action Go to any field that expects a picklist value Click on that field Drop-down does not show, I get an auto-scroll to the first field of the action Go to the desired field again Click on that field Drop-down with values does show I click on custom Drop-down goes away, I get an auto-scroll to the first field of the actionBehaviour is the same on Chrome, Firefox and Edge and I noticed it since yesterday. Browser console does not provide an error, apart from a cookie error for Tiktok pixel (but that one is there from the start).Behaviour is equivalent if I open an older Zap that has a custom value already in the field.Tested with “Create a Deal” in application “Pipedrive” but seems to happen regardless of the application (tried out for actions in application Channeltivity as well)
When a deal is created in pipedrive we are trying to fetch the customer information and create subscription on chargebee using zapier in between. But everytime we move a deal to won in pipedrive multiple times zap event is called out which leads to multiple creation of subscription and customers in chargebee. Ideally once the user click WON in pipedrive on a deal zapier (updated deal event) should fetch the contact person details and we are using chargebee even to push data in chargebee which should create 1 customer and one subcription.
I have a zap that has Lofty as the trigger. It then goes through the zapier filter. Finally, it increases the counter for a tracker in google sheets and for a tracker in Databox. However, Lofty is not running every time. The filter works fine but the trigger does not. For example, I have 7 zap runs for the month of November. My Lofty trigger is for New Leads and we have over 20 new leads in the CRM. Why is the zap triggering less than half the time?See that is has only run 7 timesWorkflow
Hi Team, We’re attempting to capture the GCLID from a gravity form submission on our WordPress site so that we can associate it with the lead to track offline conversion data for our Google Ads campaigns. The lead comes through Marketo and is then synced to Salesforce, but we’re having trouble capturing the GCLID once the form is submitted. I think we can create a zap that will sync the form submission GCLID from Google Analytics into Marketo, which will then sync it to the lead record in Salesforce. But, I haven’t quite figured it out yet. Does anyone have any recommendations for this? Or perhaps, a better way to capture the GCLID and associate it with the lead in Marketo? Thanks so much
Good afternoon! I’m new to Zapier, and actively reading. The stumbling block for me:I need to connect BookFunnel.com to MailJet.com through Zapier. I created my first Zap, and connected BookFunnel and MailJet. I chose to trigger new subscribers on BookFunnel. But somehow, it doesn’t work, and tried everything, and feel lost. The action field asks for the email, and it’s mandatory filed, and I don't understand which email I have to give. A subscriber? But it’s not automation if I need to go one by one and send it from Zapier to Mailjet one by one. Nothing seems working, I’m doing something wrong and can’t figure out what. Can you help?

Hello,I’m trying to use a Slack Zap that auto updates a Jira issue based on a reaction added to the original message but I’m having a couple of issues where the original message (where we need to react to) it’s not showing as sample data to build the Zap (and we need this, to properly format the subsequent information)The original messages will come to this channel by a bot/in-house built application.I have also tested adding the emoji to non bot messages and it’s still not working. My question is, for the “Create Subscriber in Aweber” what email label as required are you supposed to use? Is the email for testing purposes or does it need to be a particular email? Next in the Name filed which is not require and the Tags which also do not say required should I be putting something in those regardless?Once I run test from Zapier to Aweber I get a response with” id 0”, email the same one that I put in the required field and the “status not added because blocked/fake address”. What is causing this and what do I do to fix this?
I think I have this set up using a filter, but when I look at my test it seems like the Zap is only looking at a specific subreddit, rather than a set of them that I have specified. I have an issue with zapier when i want to connect bubble with zapier, what used to work, zapier does not find the right records. at bubble they are already investigating buy did not find anything, i reported a bug at zapier but i did not even got a response from them. the weirdest of all, it looks similar like: but the records that zaper schow are totally wrong, the fields do not match. so even a manual correction is not possible
when Appointment set in Calendly with Host abc@mycompany I want to assign lead to same user in leadconnector.In calendly host is email address and in leadconnector user assigned is User Name Using Formatter - Calendly is sending Host email address and I have to map assigned User in leadconnector with User Name Output 3 and 2 showing right value but when lead appears in leadconnecter both values are empty.

Hi there! Hoping someone might be able to help. I’m trying to automate the following:Contact fills in a HubSpot Form, then Form information is zapped into JIRA as an issue. Person manually moves the issue to a “Complete” status Contact email (within JIRA Issue from the original form submission) is placed in a HubSpot WorkflowI’ve managed to get the first part automated (HubSpot form into JIRA Issue) but I want to be able to have the contact email that is in the body of the JIRA issue (from filling in the HubSpot Form) be zapped back to HubSpot and into a workflow. I can’t seem to figure out how to extract the email from the Issue in JIRA to send back to HubSpot. Any ideas?
I’m trying to use the values of a Choice field as a trigger, but I cannot see this option when creating a Zap.More specifically, I’m trying to connect CognitoForms (CF) with Zoom Events (ZE). In the CF form, the user can choose one item from a list (i.e. radio button, so only 1 item can be selected). Depending on the chosen value, the user will be registered to ZE with a different ticket type. The ZE part of the automation works, as I can select the ticket type in Zapier from a drop-down list. BUT I cannot find a step that includes a specific value of a Choice field in CognitoForms when setting up the trigger.Any ideas? Would this work in a more expensive Zapier plan?I’m open to using another online form as well if I can replicate this functionality. (It should be possible to embed the form into a Wordpress website though).
