Error connecting Inistate with MS Outlook: Unable to create a draft email- Resource could not be discovered.
Hello, I need to use zapier to connect inistate with microsoft outlook. When I use inistate then I have a document in one of modules. Then I click it and it will have a send button. Then, I click it. I want it to pop out a draft email about the information. How can I do it? I try it but unable to pop out the outlook email. I will appreciate for your helping. Using the Microsoft Outlook connector, we have a zap that creates events in an online Outlook mailbox. In the connector, we see the list of calendars in the mailbox from when the connector was first configured. Since then, we’ve added an additional calendar (also renamed one existing that is listed in the connector calendar selector), but we aren’t seeing any of the changes - the new calendar is not listed in the connector. We’ve waited 24+ hours, added a second connection to the same mailbox and tried setting Zap to use that one, but still just see the original set of calendars.Suggestions?Thanks.
Hello there. Looking for help with this specific issue:I need a shipping agreement signed by customers who purchase certain products in my store. It’s been working like this: New customer purchase via Shopify. Zapier tells DocuSign to send out my template to the customer for signature.That’s all fine, but I would really like to be able to ONLY send this form/agreement to people who buy products in a specific collection. And would like to possibly set up a different form to go out for another collection. I see that there are filters I can add to the end of my zap, but nothing looks like it will filter for collections.Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated - I can’t find any way to contact Zapier support.Thanks!
I have a zap set up to find a new email in Gmail with a search for specific text. Through a series of steps it then determines a recipient from a round robin list in a google sheet and forwards the email on to that recipient. This works, however, the zap runs every 2 minutes and each run results in a duplicate action on the exact same email in my inbox. It ends up forwarding the same email every 2 minutes until I turn the Zap off. How can I get it to perform this only one time per email?I have tried adding a step to add a label to the email when the zap runs and then using a filter earlier in the zap to not move forward if that label is present, but that does not seem to work.I have also tried using the dedupe javasript code mentioned here, which also did not work. https://community.zapier.com/featured-articles-65/how-to-stop-duplicate-triggers-from-running-your-zap-9614
Hello,I am trying to send a PDF from a Google Drive folder to the Inbox of Bexio.Trigger:The connection from Google Drive to Zapier works. The file is found. (New File in Folder).Action:The connection to Bexio is also up. (Upload File to Inbox) But when I test now, I get an error code 400 Bad Request."Failed to create an inboxfileupload in bexio - file upload not successful: [object Object]".It seems that the Bexio server does not send any response.What can I do?
Hi,We migrated our PostgreSQL DB to AWS and created a new connection to it on our Zapier account. The connection is made with an admin-privileged account that is able to access all tables when logging in via the Dbeaver client. However, when adding the SQL DB to any zaps the tables don’t show in the drop-down menu. Any help would be highly appreciated as I am unable to append a specific row with a custom query so far.edit: I am able to access the tables with custom queries to view them.
Hello,I would like to know how to create a Zap which would be triggered by applying a label on my Gmail account (ok for that trigger), and which would use the different datas in the email body to create a Google Document from template and populate the different field tags. I just made an event to make a new Trello card for every New Event in Google that matches a search.If I run the zap manually, it works fine.But why doesn’t it work automatically? I made a new test-event to test the zap, but it won’t work. Or how long could it take?

Hi community, We are using Capsule as a CRM solution and Mailchimp as our emailing one. For our nurturing campaign, we want to update Mailchimp contacts’ tags from Capsule. Example: Our commercial team using Capsule adds a tag “New customer” to a contact, we want to have the same tag automatically added on the same contact in Mailchimp. For now, we created a Zap which adds the New customer tag to Mailchimp through the trigger event “New or updated contact” on Capsule.The issue is that it adds the “New customer” tag for any update such as an email address change. How can we have a trigger on Capsule only for a tag update and not a contact update as a whole ? Thanks a lot,
I just joined Zapier and can’t get past connecting the apps that I’m using. I connected Convertkit and Square (for Square online) adding the secret API for Convertkit.I get to the step that says Groups and everything is greyed out. I can only go back. When I go to look at my Zap it’s disabled because the Group isn’t set up. During the setup, I added the Convertkit form that I want to use on my Square website and Zapier says it cannot find it (probably because I couldn’t complete setup).Just adding as much info as possible. Hi there,I am just beginning and a wanting to set up a Zapier between Sutra (my online booking system) and Mailchimp.This is what I need it to do:Whenever anyone purchases something in Sutra, it tags my client in Mail chimp for that unique purchase. I have set up my Zapier account and connected to Sutra and Mailchimp no problem. I have been able to create a zap for a new purchase but can't see where to instruct it to be for a specific purchase - not just a new purchase in general - is this possible?For eg: when someone purchases my online course, I want them to be tagged in Mailchimp for that specific course and kept separate for eg from someone that purchases a 10 concession pass and so on. I want all my different offerings tagged separately in Mailchimp.Is it because I am on a free account - do I need to upgrade? I’m tasked with leveraging MailChimp to send a newsletter email while also sending an Outlook or Teams Meeting invite so it populates the end users Outlook calendar with a request to mark Accept, Tentative or Deny. Is this possible? We’re not looking to apply an attachment .ics file or have them click a RSVP button in the email newsletter, we want them to have a calendar entry in their Outlook Calendars similar if the email was sent from Outlook.
All of my zaps are run as my user in Asana. Specifically when adding a new note to a task the note appears to be coming from me instead of the person that triggered the zap.Unless I am missing something there does not appear to be a way to dynamically choose the Asana account the zap step is using.
Currently when we make purchases online, our buyers are saving all invoices as a pdf into our google drive. Our current zap is triggered by a new file in Google drive. When it finds the file name it looks up records with the order # saved as a pdf (a formula we combined order # and pdf). When the order numbers align it updates the record with the attachment of the invoice. We have run into a problem when we purchase multiple items from a single store all with the same order #. Only one record will get updated and the rest of the records do not get updated with an invoice photo. Is there some workaround so that all the records with the same order # all get the same invoice photo? Or any advice on another way to make this happen?
