Hi, i have problem with creating zaps to have few other zaps working only on business hours from Monday to Friday. I tried many zaps configuration but but without effect. So yesterday night I created a zap by turn off specific zap at 5:00 pm and a second zap by turn on the same zap on 8:00 am. As a test, I added new row to google sheet to check whether an e-mail notification would be sent and unfortunately it came out and it shouldn't be because it was already 23:00 When analyzing the history of zap, I can see that there is no history, so it doesn't work.
Hey everybody!I have created a ZAP which should be triggert by a webhook. This works when i test the webhook with test data. Only when i use real data nothing happens. General infoWe try to connect two systems, Wordbee and HubSpot. Wordbee generates webhooks based on new orders. So every time a new order is created in Wordbee, A webhook is filled with data. This works. I can see all the generated webhooks with the data. In this webhook, the URL generated by Zapier is entered so this should trigger the zap. Unfortunately, this trigger is not working. Does this issue sound familiar to anybody and can anybody suggest any solution to this issue? Thanks!
I am trying to create a zap that will (1) trigger when my username is added to a trello card on a specific board and (2) create a todoist entry based on that card (3) ideally, but not necessarily, with any attachments carried over. For (1) I am using the “new member added to card” trigger and adding a filter on my username. I looked at the trello activity trigger, but, oddly, it doesn’t seem to contain an action for identifying a user added to a card.I am running into issues with (2) because there is no available data (for the todo title, etc.) other than the user’s full and account names and not anything about the card itself, which leads me to believe that I am looking at this trigger incorrectly. So… any ideas how to create a zap that sees I have been added to a card and creates a todoist task containing the card name and, if at all possible, any attachments?
Hello, I am wondering if there is any way to set up a Zap that pulls call detail information from GoogleAds reporting (phone number, call duration, received etc). We usually have a call ad campaign running on each Google Ads account.Would ideally like this transferred to data box but can use google sheets if need be. Is there a way to do this? Thanks
I need help with my Ninja Form - Monday.com integration.I have a ninja form on my website for customers to submit a work order request. The purpose of the zap is to send the ninja form directly to Monday.com and create a new item with all of the info from the nina form.I have the entire zap setup and working. I only need help to configure the zap to transfer the values of the ninja form to the appropriate column in Monday.com. Currently when the zap transfers the form contents to Monday.com it literally only puts the title. It does not transfer any of the values from the ninja form. From what i’ve read online, it looks like it needs some kind of json string or code. I am unfamiliar with this and not sure how to set this up properly.Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
I’m using a third-party program that will auto-import data from a Google Sheet after X amount of time. However, it will import ALL data on that sheet EVERY time, so it breaks because the full data is more than it can handle as a single import. What I’m thinking is to setup the Google Sheet to do the following: Move new row to a new sheet/tab after entry (AKA keeping a historical record) Then after Y amount of time, delete the data from the first sheet/tab. This would then allow the third-party program to only pull in new data and not try to download the full data load. When I tried to set this delete step in Zapier, it wanted me to specify a precise row that needs to be deleted. Since data is entered into this spreadsheet in batches, we could have 30 entries in there at a time. How do I work around that?
Hello! We have an App in the Shopify store. When new folks sign up to our app, we go into Shopify developer, get their email, then manually add them as a user in Intercom. We do this because we have our email drip campaigns set up in Intercom.I see you can use Zapier to connect Intercom with Shopify... But is it possible to connect Intercom with Shopify Developer (or at least to get the details or folks who sign up to our app)?Thank you!!
We are an agency that run Facebook Lead Generation Form Ads for a client. We currently have 8 Forms and within each form are between 2 and 15 locations which the user is required to select one of. We need to send the lead to the relevant studio based on this location. Is there a way to automate this in a Zap? We get as far as selecting the Facebook Form and then it doesn't give us the option of basing this on an additional form criteria. Thanks in advance for your help or advice.
I wonder if anyone has any experience of this. I’d like to know if it might be possible to send emails to customers when we complete sub-tasks for them. The content of the email would be specific to the completed subtask and the email address would ideally be held in the Asana task.
Hi - Intercom’s native integration to Salesforce only allows for 1 record type. We have 2 that could originate from Intercom. I’m trying to filter a Zap by the tag added to an Intercom conversation. It looks like this has been an outstanding request with Intercom for a while based on these two posts below. Is there any update?
Hi everyone!I’m a journalist and organizer using Zapier to automate local news workflows in New Jersey and I’d love some help brainstorming additional ways to leverage automation to help meet the news and information needs of my community. The team at Zapier wrote a blog post summarizing how we’re using Zapier now. We’re upgrading from the 2k to 5k usage tier because we keep hitting our task limit at the end of the month. So I’ve got more than 2,500 tasks to spare! I’m a one-person operation, so I’m looking for stuff that helps me find, filter, or move info. Some questions I’m asking are:How can I use filtering and tagging to improve our website or create additional news products without much added effort? What can I do with my local government’s meetings RSS feed? What kind of content can I template to automate a variety of Instragram posts?I’m really eager to hear what this community has to share! Thanks in advance.
Hello,I was just wondering what Zapiers policy is towards small, indie developers and startups. I have tested Zapier for about a month or so, and have noticed that the pricing is not really supportive towards small developers. Billed annually doesn’t make much sense to me, seeing how many small apps are just starting off and do not yet have the user-base to require such a one-size fits all. Even the giant Google has a tiered pricing system with firebase, and they allow you to pay as you grow.Does Zapier support small developers, or are only established and successful businesses allowed to maintain zaps? The truth is, almost all the zaps could be created free with a little code, as you well know. And, for small developers, the option to spend the extra time on the code or pay for an entire year when they do not even know if the app will succeed, will almost always lead them to just spend the time to create the code in their apps themselves. It may be wise for you guys to come up with
I have a zap use case where I need one action that can be done on 50 states regardless of the state, but then send slack message to the specific state channel which right now is requiring that I make 50 zap flows because paths only allows for 3 max. This is killing my total zap allotment each month and becoming costlyAnyone have ideas on how I could create an action that would send to the proper slack channel based on which state the previous action was sent in?
I need to know the difference between two dates as a number to use that to add to another date extending it’s duration. Use case is as such: Customer has membership ending date XX/XX/2021 They purchase another year of membership We need to know the difference between today's date and their end date Then add that to the 365 days they’ve bought to give us their new expiration date I’ve stared at the formatter for a while but you can only use it with written expressions (i.e. +50days) to change a date rather than mathematical operation using two dates. Conversely the numbers utility won’t work with a date format. I’ve had some kinda ideas but they all get very task heavy quickly so would be incredibly grateful if anyone has a solution to this! Cheers!
I’m having a hard time setting up my first zap which seems like it should be relatively easy. When a paid order comes in to my shopping cart system (Ecwid), I want to create and populate a new row with pertinent info in an existing Excel spreadsheet. However, Zapier asks me to specify the location of my spreadsheet and only gives me options for OneDrive and one other app. Under “custom”, I can’t specify anything. Am I to assume that my spreadsheet must reside in OneDrive? Why not Dropbox, which I already use and am heavily invested in? Why not just my hard drive? I don’t want to use OneDrive, so does that render Zapier useless to me?
Hello,I created a zap so that the GDPR data can automatically go to Vincere. The only concern is with "expires date". In fact, according to the law, when you have the authorization of a person to keep their personal data, this is for a period of two years. However, in the options offered by Zapier on the fields in "set up actions", it is not possible to put a date in the format "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH: mm: ss.SSS'Z '" which takes into account this two-year authorization. So I wanted to know if it was possible to do so. Thank you. Best regards.
I get the following text in the Test Step in find Record Action:Required fields without a valueBaseTableOptional fields without a valueSearch by Field Search Value Search Formula Limit to View Should this step be considered a "success" when nothing is found? The thing is that the base and the table (synced from a different base) DO have a value. I selected the Base and the Table in that base.No matter what field I use to find the record, I keep getting that message.I am using free accounts (AirTable and Zapier), if that helps for the answer.
I'm building a Glide app. I just created a second message button that writes to the same column as the first. Whenever new data gets entered into that column, Zapier sends an email to my business' Gmail account. Then it's sent from there to the recipient's email address. The messages sent from the original button are making it all the way through to the recipient's email address, but the messages from the second button are only making it as far as the Gmail account. Does anyone know what I should do about this? They're both exactly the same!
