I have a Zap currently which sends invoices into Quickbooks with no VAT, so, whatever the price that is sent into Quickbooks would be the actual price that the customer pays.
What I want to do is, make it so the price that I send in to Quickbooks is still the total price which the customer pays but, I want the VAT to be calculated. Example: if I send an invoice price of £10 into Quickbooks, I would like that to be shown on the invoice as £8 + £2 VAT (20%) = £10 for the customer to pay.
So far using the Zapier config I have only been able to get it to add the VAT on top which is not what I’m after - so if I send £10 into Zapier it is making the final price £12 because it’s adding VAT on top.
Has anyone managed to achieve this?
