Hi there @BlakeNoe,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please create a new sample data (i.e., create a new lead) in SalesRabbit and make sure to fill out the custom lead fields? After that, head back to the trigger step and load that new sample data by clicking the "Find new records" button.

Hi @BlakeNoe 

 

Like @ken.a , you need to create a new lead so you actually pull its data. Keeping this mind, many APIs dont return the field name, but rather the field ID (custom field 1, custom field 2, etc.) which cannot be changed.
