We have Survey monkey form set up that we want zapier to send an email notification with answers. The output email won’t show the answers for multiple choice questions.
These are the multiple choice questions on SM:
For Q6, I filled out the survey and entered “Professional.” .
For Q7 I chose “birth to 3” for 1st topic on “Addressing issue at school” for 2nd topic.
This is the output I get (for those 2 questions) in the email from Zapier:

Is some html code I can put into the Zap so that it will read and report the answers correctly?
Or is Zapier just not capable to reading this survey and reporting accurate results?
