I want to set up a Zap which sends data from a FaceBook Lead Ad, to BOTH my own email management system, and to someone else’s email management system, simultaneously. (I’ve already got it working with my own email management system).Is that possible using a Multi-step Zap? Is it just a matter of entering their details and confirming that it works?Thanks!Chris

Hello everyone, I’m looking into intercom/salesforce integration and want to have a trigger event that will continuously update contact fields in salesforce every time a user is updated. For example I want the Last Seen field in salesforce to be updated every time that same field is updated in intercom.Currently there are a limited number of trigger options in intercom from zapier that can start subsequent processes.How can I create a new trigger event when a user is updated?I’m looking into something similar as shown in this 3rd option of the following article https://tray.io/documentation/platform/quick-start-templates/syncing-intercom-user-data-into-salesforce/
We are having a major issue where our zap is turning itself off with this message: Zap was stopped due to high error ratioUpon investigation, we have a step where we are looking up Slack users by email. If a user isn’t found an error is thrown, and I don’t see any way to gracefully handle this to prevent an error. If a user isn’t found it should just stop the zap but not cause an error. How do I configure this? Thank you!
I need a feature to pull transaction IDs as a buyer and then send it to google sheet. Like, I paid someone for an item via PayPal. Now I want to get this transaction ID into google sheet. It seems like there is only Zaps for merchant who use paypal to receive money from customers. No trigger events for buyer? Anyone?
Hi, I am in the Free plan. I only have ONE zap. we are a 2 person team. Trying to create a Task in Wrike (Project Mgmt Software) when a New Order is placed in Shopify. Test is successful. Its a very simple 2 step process - Trigger and action. upon test Task is created in Wrike successfully. But cannot Turn ON the Zapier task as its asking me to get the Professional Plan (not even the Starter Plan). Its way too expensive to get either of the plan to do a really simple task. Is there anyway I can achieve this on the Zapier Free plan?
I am trying to “create a new document from template” in Google docs. Like here: (https://zapier.com/apps/google-docs/tutorials/create-autopopulate-google-docs-template), but my trigger is a new spreadsheet row. So new row in google sheets > Create a new document from a template. My problem is that Zapier can’t see any of the docx templates that i have in my Google drive folder. When it comes to the step to find the template document I get the error “No options available”. Curious about this, I tried another zap with Google docs to see if Zapier could see any of my Google docs. I just wanted to see if any doc at all could be “read” by Zapier. For that zap I got an error “We couldn’t find a document” error. I have multiple docx files in the folder I am directing Zapier too. Is there something I need to do to these documents so they can be “read” by Zapier, to be able to use them for the “create a new document from template" action? Thanks
Hi Zappers,I am wanting to fully automate my LinkedIn prospecting and emailing process to cold leads. I use Phantombuster to Automatically Connect with Linkedin users Scrape those users’ emails using Phantombusters discovery service (max 20 emails per day)I want to automate the import of my leads information into Snov.io, so that I don’t need to constantly import CSV files. Setting up the Zap between these two apps, I don’t have an issue filling out or mapping the information, but I am getting errors because the JSON object contains every single email/lead that I had scraped in the most recent Phantom that was run. Other than changing my Phantom to run just a single email per launch, is there a way to get around this? Or are Zaps only able to handle one set of information each run?

My Zap is:New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets Create Detailed Event in Google Calendar Update Event in Google CalendarWhen editing the Zap:Test ⇒ OK Test ⇒ OK - and the test event is properly created in the calender with the attributes taken from the Google sheet Test ⇒ Fail, with error: The app returned "Not Found".It seems that it’s not possibile to find the event in the calendar - but why? To what I must pay attention so that the event is found? In configuration of 3. I set up the event fields in the very same way of point 2. (at least, I think so), but the event is “not found”. What are the criteria used to search for the event to be modified?More generally speaking: is this the proper Zap to create events in goolge calendar from Google sheets AND keep them updated if something the sheet changes? Has anyone setup Zaps between Xero and Stripe/PayPal that issue the right (tax) invoice upon successful payment?We take payment plans for my online course, and have worked out how to create a zap from Stripe/PayPal to Xero (so that our accounting isn't messed up)... BUT GST is an issue.I charge Aussies GST and nobody else. Yet half my students are American/Canadian.Do you just set all the invoices to draft and then fix this manually?Do you charge everybody GST? (I'll be honest, I'm tired of paying the government more than I need to)What is the solution? Is there a special code to put in the zap?Please don't say "Ask your accountant"! We have a fab accountant, who sent me the links to understand zaps - but this is a question which has come up today (Sunday) when my course doors open Monday morning!

I’m trying to tag new purchases from Paypal from a specific course into Convertkit. I originally set it up with a line item from Paypal. No tag in Convertkit.Then I set up all sales in Paypal. No tag in Convertkit.Now I am trying to set it up with a Successful Sale in Paypal with a Line Item Filter and get errors. I can’t seem to figure out why it’s not tagging. Anyone have advice?
Hi community, we are trying to build a really simple inventory management system within a Google Sheet. Whenever a new row in another spreadsheet (“Orders”) is created, the number in a cell of another spreadsheet (“Inventory”) needs to decrease by 1. Example:I add a new order manually to the spreadsheet “Orders” The according number in the spreadsheet “Inventory” for the product goes from 5 to 4 Any tips how to achieve this workflow? When people visit my website they sometimes enter a property address but don’t finish entering their contact info. I’m looking for a suggestion for a software that I could zap those leads to, to have them ran for additional contact info. Owner name, phone, email, etc. Is this possible? Does anyone know of a service that might work?
I need to know how to map fields from 2 different applications (Mautic to Cloze). When a contact is edited (data Changes) in Mautic I want to send the contact data to Cloze. I have set up a ZAP for that and I can appropriatelty set test data durring setup. However when I change data in Mautic the zap triggers but the data is not updated correctly. The wrong field are updated so I need to map the field but do not see a clear way to do that. Thanks
