Hello!

I am trying to set up an automatic Gmail in html format but cannot get it to fit the screen. It is in a strange column. Below is a screenshot of what is happening. Does anyone know how to correct this? Thank you!

Hi @Learn Music

Can you clarify what specific part of the email is not rendering as expected?

Hello @Troy Tessalone

It’s the whole email. The wording and everything is fine, it’s just the actual shape of the email itself. Typically it would spread to the right and left, but for some reason it is staying in a narrow column. It looks squished haha.

@Learn Music

That depends on the HTML that was used to format the email.

For us to have more context, you would have to post the full HTML being used.

Try using ChatGPT to help you format the HTML.

@Troy Tessalone I have attached the html below. I tried using ChatGPT, and it confirmed that the text would fit to the screen, but it still did not work. Thanks!

@Learn Music

Try using inline HTML formatting and remove the <head> styling.

@Troy Tessalone It’s working now! Turns out I did have width restrictions in there. Thank you so much for your help!

That’s an amazing news @Learn Music! A huge thanks to Troy for pointing you in the right direction!
