Curious if any of Zapier users have created any integration with Jira Product Discovery? I cannot see anything on here suggesting so but I am sure there is so much potential integration with Zapier for this.

I couldn’t find any API documentation for Jira Product Discovery but according to this guide on the Atlassian site it should be possible to access Jira Product Discovery issues via the Jira Cloud Platform’s API:
So it seems like you should be able to search for and potentially add/update Jira Product Discovery issues using the Jira Software Cloud app actions on Zapier.
Can you give that a try and let us know whether it works?
