I have created a Zap and tested it. The lead does move from LeadPops to Jungo. The issue is that I can see it as a lead, but it doesn’t go into the LeadPops bucket and I cannot readily see it as a contact. I have to search for the lead to be able to see it.Anyone else have this issue? Know how to remediate?
I am editing my Zap on a Windows machine with a solid internet connection. I have about 180 download speed and over 200 upload speed. I am using the Brave browser.As I edit my Zap, when I make a change to any field, it takes an inordinate amount of time for the system to let me edit the next field. A couple of times it has even timed out and I had to reload the page.All other web sites are loading with no affect to their speed. I have not had this issue in the past.Is there anything you can think of that might be slowing down the system?
How do I know which field is causing this warning?“At least one not empty property is required, otherwise action would fail with error”I am trying to create a contact in Hubspot from LinkedIn. When linking the variables from the JSON to the Hubspot variables this warning appears.Thanks in advance
This is the query I put into Zapier and for some reason it is not pulling back the organization name. This lives in a different data table so I used JOIN. This query works no problem in heroku data clip but in Zapier its missing all the fields associated to the JOINs. How do you prevent this? Hi, Zapier Community!I'm new to Zapier and the Community.We're moving from Jotform to Paperform. Within our Jotforms, we have a form that sometimes requires edits after-the-fact/after it’s been completed. It appears that Paperform doesn't allow for edits once a form is completed/submitted. Does anyone know if there a workaround through Zapier?Thank you all in advance.MB_CO
I’m trying to schedule an event on google calendar based on a project date. I have this:1. Start Date Pretty:Jan 10, 2023 -5d 5:00pm Jan 10 as the start date, so I would like to schedule the event for 5 days before at 5pm. However, testing the action showed even created Jan 10, 2023 at 5:00pm. It looks like -5d was not read. Any idea as to how I can work with this? Thank you in advance.
I currently have 14 Calendars being shared to me with READ,CREATE,EDIT permissions. I’m trying to create a zap that will automatically create events for each of the calendars being shared with me if they meet certain criteria. But when setting up my action it’s only showing the most I saw was 8 calendars the rest wont show-up. I tried removing some of the calendars shared by me then some starts to show-up but the one I replaced I can no longer get back unless I remove another one? In the Sample below GHA Cloisters email calendar was not showing until I deleted GHA Alameda. It’s like it has a limit on showing how many calendars? I don’t understand I’ve reached out to the support team and they say it’s supposed to be unlimited.
Hello, we have Zapier connected to Facebook Ads and Google Sheets, and they generally work fine on blank Spreadsheets, however, the Spreadsheet we use to capture the Lead data have some columns programmed to show the Phone Number in a clean format (Column I) or to show if the Lead information is repeated (Column J). Due to this, whenever the Zap is triggered it creates a row at the very bottom of the Sheet instead of updating whichever row has blank space with the excepction of Column I and J. Which would be the best way to automate the Lead Info download into this spreadsheet? Thanks in advance!
Hello! We run a subscription business and I am trying to generate a daily report to tell us how many people have signed up for a subscription everyday. I would like to include the email of the person signing up, the subscription, total amount paid (paid annually). Is there a way to do this without using the native Zapier/Stripe integration
I looked at other postings but did not find the solution I was looking for.Zapier needs to obtain the Product Name or Description from the Strip purchase. I am using a Stripe Payment Link -- I need to use Payment Link in order to utilize the promo code feature.I have various Products in Stripe, so getting the correct one in Zapier to trigger a series of emails, etc. is important.I am using actually data to test in Zapier. The Stripe purchase contains the Description, but this field is blank when looking at the actual data in Zapier.Thanks for any suggestions.
Hello, I’m trying to send data from webhook to firebase through zapier. I was able to send fields, but I’m not sure how to send with child object? Here is what I need to be in firebase But on Zap there is only input fields, so I’m not sure how to create an object with fields and “seller” object with email, name.
The title should be CAN’T Attach to Yammer I am new to Zapier and am trying to make a connection between Loomy and Yammer. When i make the Zap all goes well until I get to Yammer. I add it and click Sign In. It takes me to my company’s O365 login and I make it through all of those steps successfully, then I get an error message (attached). I’ve tried clearing my cache and cookies. I’ve used an incognito browser. I’ve tried Chrome and Safari. I’ve tried connecting to another MS product, Outlook and it worked. Does anyone have any ideas as to why I can’t get the connection made?
Hi everyone, I created a new zap that adds my meeting registrants from Zoom to a list in Active Campaign. But ideally I would like to automatically have this zap working for every meeting we create. Currently, I would need to recreate this zap every time I create a new meeting. Is there a way to avoid this and:Create a new zap every time a meeting is created in Zoom Automatically send registrants to our Active Campaign listIt seems like two zaps in one. Or one zap to trigger the creation of multiple zaps. I looked into sub-zaps but couldn’t figure it out. Any thoughts/suggestions appreciated!
I am trying to automate ticket statuses between Zendesk and clickup.I’ve already linked my accounts and everything is working great as far as creating tickets in zendesk when tickets are created in Zendesk. I have custom statuses in both zendesk and clickup. What I’d like to happen is when a ticket changes statuses in zendesk, to change to that same custom status in clickup. Any help on this topic is greatly appreciated!
Hi Im looking for some guidance setting up a Zapier integration integration between Jira and Autotask The client is using Jira to manage there workloads and they want to pass work to our support ticket system which is Autotask We would like to receive new autotask tickets when a request is made in Jira from the client site. Hi,I am new to Zapier. I am trying to connect my pocket account with airtable through Zapier.The problem I have is that the tags in pocket come inside other items. I am not very clear how I can extract the correct tag in this case.I am using "New Archived Item in Pocket". My column configuration in Airtable is:Title | Url | Tag | IDWhen I want to extract the label from pocket, I have this problem:I want to extract the tag that I have assigned to that item in Pocket. The problem is that when I dump the data in Airtable it shows the label like this. This causes that if the label changes, the item is not registered. I don't know if I am complicating myself unnecessarily. I hope you can help me.Thanks
Hi there! I am trying to be more efficient in zap/task building and finding I am doing a lot of ZAPS versus leveraging multiple tasks within a single zap. For example I have multiple zaps into a GS from LearnWorlds for different reasons or data. Is there a way to have all those tasks into the single zap. Any best practices or opportunity to chat would be awesome!
I have a requirement to track the changes happening on opportunity object and all the field updates to be send to two managers to keep a track on changes happening. The challenge is that, the manager names are on the opportunity and i should be able to set those field values (Users) as the recipients for which I am stuck
