I'm trying to create a Zapier app for a custom application. I have created a REST Hook trigger and added the subscribe endpoints correctly. However, when I switch on a Zapier zap that uses this trigger, I receive two webhook calls for the subscribe event - one with the URL "https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/standard/xxx/yyy" and the other with the URL "https://zapier.com/hooks/standard/xxx/yyy". I've tried calling both URLs to trigger the event, but nothing happens, even though I receive a successful response from Zapier. I want to trigger this trigger event. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue?
I create one zap which add a row in google spreadsheet when WPForm is submitted. I add 2 new columns to my sheet but those two new columns are not showing on my zap. I tried so many times to refresh zap and spreadsheet’s fields by clicking on refresh field but its not working!
Hi Fellow Experts who code! I’ve got a perplexing issue that I just cannot figure out. I’ve got an effective workaround for it, but would love to know if anybody knows the root of the issue and whether this is an issue with ClickUp or Zapier. When you call a task from ClickUp (via either native Zapier app or webhook), it returns a standard JSON payload which has grouped information that should, in theory, be easy to parse. But when you bring this into a subsequent step (in my case, a code step), it separates it into a whole bunch of categories as strings with comma separated values (ex, Field Names: “Name, Phone, Email, Address, City”). When a particular category doesn’t have values at a particular index, it shows consecutive commas (ex. Field Values: “Todd Harper,,,,Minneapolis”). None of this is particularly a problem. BUT...for some reason, Zapier completely ignores the consecutive commas. It’s just as if they don’t exist. No amount of data manipulation, .replaceAll(“,,” , “, ,”),
Hello,I use a Formatter Split Text action to separate a number from the line item data. The intent is to return the last segment of text. The set up action is below. But the result return 2 identical outputs. How can I return only one output, which is the last segment of the text? Any help would be much appreciated!
Hi Zapier communityI am trying to perform a loop to update multiple records on mysql database. The idea is:trigger the Zap everyday at a certain time find the count of rows to update in mysql database (say X times) (step 2) loop through all the records that match the conditions of step 2 with “Find Row via Custom Query” (step 6) in order to update the row (step7) However, the zap only loops once. I’ve also tried to change the order to have the loop after step 6 so after the record is found and before the action is performed but same result, it only loops once. The loop knows to iterate the right number of times but only loops once as per history. I’m sure I’m just looping the wrong way but can’t figure it out... Thanks for the help!Elsa
Hello, I am trying to have Google Sheets send information to QuickBooks regarding inventory levels, but i do not see any fields for updating existing products in Zapier, only to create new ones. Is this something that is not supported? Maybe a work around could be to delete the existing product and just create a new one with the new quantity that I have? Thanks in advance.Kind regards,Josh
We would like set up a Zap pull tracked time in Monday.com and send it to Quickbooks. We found the help article below, but it does not appear to work. When setting up the Get Column Values action, the Time Tracking column is not listed as an option, nor is the Formula column, which we thought might be a potential workaround. Hi people, so I have a zap that when I send an email to a specific email address (let’s name it email@example.com) it uploads the text of the email as a note in Affinity. My question is, how can I also upload an attachment that is attached in that email forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org. And an additional question is: does email@example.com need to be an email address that is only used for this zap or could I find a solution to use an email which I also use for corresponding with other people too, meaning not every email that is ever sent to firstname.lastname@example.org will be uploaded in Affinity but only the ones that I want. I’m trying to use Zapier to link New/Modified Records in Airtable with Multiple Attachments to Upload the Attachment Files to Google Drive. This way, we can have all the file attachments we collected via an Airtable Form in one google drive folder.I’m using the Loop functionality, but am having a hard time getting it to work. I have this workflow:1 New or Updated Record in Airtable » 2 Create Loop from Text in Looping » 3 Upload File in Google Drive. In using Create Loop from Text, is the Values to Loop just the name of the Airtable Field of the Attachments, which in my case is just “Attachments”? Then its mapping is the “Attachments Url” from Airtable?Then in the Google Drive Upload File, under File (required), I would choose the 2. Attachments URL of the Loop?I’ve tried the above dozens of times, but I just cannot transfer the files in Google Drive. Any help is appreciated.
Hi All, I am looking to improve a zap between Acuity (or fb lead gen) and Zoho CRM. Currently, the zap triggers when a form comes in and creates or updates a lead entry in Zoho CRM. The logic is simple, search for a duplicate entry by email, update the entry if found. If no entry is found, create a new one. The issue: When updating the entry, I need to leave some fields unchanged. Updating the entry should only add appointment date and time. Everything else should remain as is. When creating a new entry I need to update all fields.In Zoho flow this is achieved by doing a “fetch lead” → “update module entry” → on error → “create lead”Is there a way to recreate this using a Zap?Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Here’s the scenario: My office is supposed to forward my snail mail each week, but sometimes they forget to email me and send it via snail mail. I have a calendly on my Website where people can book calls I want to check if we’ve talked to them before and disqualified them. If they are I want to auto cancel the call. More often than not we don’t have their email in hubspot so I want to use the phone number they give in calendly in the find contact function. In my test data Ive made sure to match the right properties from hubspot and calendlyI made sure the contact has the same number in Hubspot as in the test data from calendly. Country code and spaces includedIt still cant find the contact.
Hi, our business uses Purchase Orders in Quickbooks Online to hire Vendors for jobs and I need Vendor signatures on them for record keeping. QBO doesn’t offer signatures but I found a Zap that will send Purchase Orders to Docusign when a new Purchase Order is created in QBO. The problem I’m having is that all the information on the QBO PO is coming over to Zapier EXCEPT the email address for the Vendor so the Zap is failing. Obviously, Docusign needs to receive the email address of the person the PO needs to go to. Any help would be very much appreciated!

I have a zap set up so that when we receive a sales email from a particular customer, some of the details (including the product name) are posted in a slack channel. Hi there, I’m struggling to connect Facebook to Zapier. The connection looks totally healthy on the Zapier side, but the data is not pulling through. On the Facebook, it allows me to connect to Zapier as CRM via the ‘instant forms’ section, the connection disappears when I navigate away from the page. I also also tried to connect via the Leads Access section of my business settings in Facebook and no CRM shows up when I try to find Zapier.Any suggestions? Thank you
Hello,I am new to this and Google ads and need some help, not sure if I’m misunderstanding or what. I have 10 zaps leading to 10 landing pages(different URL’s), but I am to add GCLID tracking to the zaps. In Zapier edit mode, I can see there is a GCLID field where it can be added, but where do I get the GCLID from? I looked online to try and learn more about GCLID’s, but it just confused me.Thanks.
I am adding line items into QBS invoice create event. I have added price of item and quantity and also added a tax percentage but when testing QB event is not adding tax value to find out total price and hence not matching with the total price given by me. Can anyone please help?
