Hello there. 

I’d like to use Zapier along with Kommo and Odoo but I’ve got problems at moment to log in my Odoo account. 

I receive this message (You can see the attachment). I contacted Odoo Support Team and they told me than they don’t handle Zapier. 

I just want to know if this is a common problem with Odoo + Zapier.

I’ll wait for your answer.

Hi @Domik Uniformes! 

That’s correct, Zapier currently manages the integration for the Odoo CRM app. 

Are you using Odoo.sh?

If so, that may be why you’re running into that error when attempting to add your account. There’s a feature request for Odoo.sh to be supported which I can add your vote to. Just let us know if you’d like your vote to be added to that feature request and we’ll get it added ASAP!

If that’s not the case, let me know and I’ll be happy to do some further digging into what else might be causing this error.
